If you are reading the reviews and think they've improved from months prior.. they haven't. Do not waste your money here. They were extremely rude. Dents in my nails AFTER gel/shellac polish. And told me it was how my nail was before I couldn't believe it. (Pics to prove that wasn't the case) I went back the next day embarrassed to have them fix it. The lady who had to drill my nail was so rude and drilled my finger.. I immediately pulled my hand and she started yelling at me that's your fault , you moved your hand. I couldn't believe it. I didn't say anything and I walked right out. When I looked back she was doing the managers nails!!!! Within that split second of me walking out I COULDNT BELIEVE IT. Made a reservation for two pedicures and luckily there's wasn't a wait when we arrived. There's lots of other nail salons around my area but came here since I got a gift certificate to this establishment. I'm a pretty low maintenance gal and don't need all the extra things they offer so I opted for a classic pedicure. We were seated and I don't expect much conversation but this was very little to none. I was told that my skin was really dry but that was about it. It didn't seem like just a comment but more like an insult which I felt uneasy with. My mom and I were the only ones there when we arrived but someone else was seated shortly after us. I'm not sure if it's because we didn't get a higher package that we weren't offered a drink but other places around here even offer water if anything. We weren't given anything. At times I felt the stares of our nail techs but that's pretty much the very little interaction I got. I would pay extra money to go elsewhere. The benefits is that there was no wait but other than that, I'll take my business somewhere else. read more

Had an amazing experience! Second time getting dip powder and I love it. There were many color selections. The nail tech took her time and made sure my nails looked good to me. I usually end up with with bleeding cuticles at other salons, but it wasn't the case here. They are taking extra safety precautions during COVID such as requiring masks, temperature taking, and protective screens. When I choose to go to a nail salon , this is the place I go to. I find the staff to be pleasant and friendly. The salon is aesthetically nice as well as clean. I tend to be very selective when it comes to these things and have not been dissatisfied with any of their services. Tammy is my girl and always does a great job whether it be nails or a relaxing pedicure. The salon is always super clean and everyone is very friendly. They offer a military discount, which I know is asked about here in San Antonio. Their loyalty program is also an added bonus. They have gone above and beyond with COVID measures. There are partitions between the guest and nail tech and every other station is closed. Temperature checks are also preformed. Went in to get a full set, pedi and wax. The owner was very nice and so was the staff. They started me off with a pedi, but couldn't figure out how to take off my old set of nails. The lady that helped me was very sweet but I wasn't 100% satisfied. It took more than 3 hours to finish everything. The nails were too thick and not the correct shape. My toes were sloppy and I realized I had some kind of cut below my eye brow. Very sweet people, and they really tried to make things right but not the best quality work. read more

So I came here all the way from the medical center fighting rush hour traffic to rush to meet Thea to have some of the best nail designs you can find in SA. My co-worker's wife came in this week and showed her powder nails with designs on each hand that were awesome and unique designs. Like a few weeks ago she had walked in and asked Thea to match her green and black Ombré hair. Thea did it and they were awesome! So I came here yesterday and found out how talented Thea really was. This was my first time here. I have been shopping around for a new nail salon. When I walked in I notice how clean and relaxing the atmosphere was. I was promptly greeted and the nail tech helped me with colors. Everything is labeled easily so I knew where to go. I was offered a drink. They have margaritas... mimosa.. wine and of course water. Terrible job on shellac manicure. Started chipping 2 days later on my way to our week long vacation to the Dominican Republic. I returned to complain and the manager said he couldn't redo or even give me a discount because the policy stated that you have to come back in the same week the service was done. So was I supposed to have the pilot turn the plane around so I can get the service I paid for?!?! Ridiculous. Keep in mind I showed him pictures of the nails along with my bank statement as proof! I have found I love this nail salon. The nail techs are educated about the nails and what's best, very nice and all about the customers request in making you happy. The drink options have been a first item of priority when sitting down and before getting started. I have not had to wait either time and enjoyed both nail ladies I have had. My first appointment was with Tina-loved her and was quick but good. At that appointment, I had acrylic nails with French tip. She did a great job. Today, I was able to have Maya and did the French tip dip nails. I liked her because she was a perfectionist and while it took a bit my nails were nicely done. I have enjoyed coming to this salon because of the staff, the prices (military discount as well) at the salon and I am always satisfied when I leave in more ways than one! read more

Awful place. Appointment was at 4:30, I ended up being seen almost an hour later. I came with my friend & they couldn't sit us together. Also, lady used polish remover to do my "matte" nails. Left with bloody nails. Went with my sister after reading somewhat good reviews. We both needed acrylic removal and a shellac manicure. My nail tech began to hurry as more people came in and cut my cuticles way too short resulting in 5 of my fingers bleeding. I had another nail tech fix it but was still charged the full amount. They still used all the polishes and cuticle oils with the brushes which got my blood on it. I called later on since my nails were still bleeding and they told me to put a bandaid on it. Coffin shape was additional, which is expected because it's a little more work, but I still felt like it was reasonable compared to Venice and another salon I go to on the other side of town. First time visiting this salon & I was very impressed! Natalie was my tech & she was extremely patient with removing my really thick acrylics. She removed them in a manner that did not add more damage to my already badly damaged natural nails. This was a tedious process but she did it with a smile and was kind in educating me on how much damage had been previously done with the acrylics.
