Went in with my mom to get pedicures. the pedicure treatment was great, but they used a shellac product when I asked for a regular nail polish, which caused my nails to be oily and the nail polish to slip. When I came back to inform them of the issue, they consistently stated the reason why it was slipping was because it was just the nail polish. I know that they use the wrong product because my mom's nails dried faster and it was not sliding off like my nail polish. I have done my nails at home many of times and I know the products very well. It's frustrating because they did not take accountability and I gave a really good tip on top of the service that they gave. read more

David is everything ladies! He's fast, neat and patient. I didn't feel rushed decided on a nail color and trust me I take forever. I typically have to fight over shaping due to my middle finger being crooked, no issues. I got shellac and I hate it when the coats are messy/done fast to the point that I have bubbles, again no issues. I will definitely be back. read more

They charged me $65 for a acrylic set, powder. They over charged me and tried to get more money out of me. They tried to do that towards the end of the session. They tried to sneak the extra fees in but I spoke up and they still doubled the fee. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. They are sneaky and will try to play you out of more money. read more

I have been going to this place since it opened. I have been serviced by most of the nail techs... they are all very different I do not have a favorite. The pedicures here are awful... I have alot of skin on my feet so I need my nail techs to actually put their back into it when they are scrubbing the dead skin off. This place does not do that so I dont waste my time with the pedis. I usually just go here for the gel manicures. They have alot of colors to choose from. The reason I have stayed with ths place because its clean and I can usually walk in and get serviced no problem. Last time I went to ths place I walked in and the guy told me to choose a color... so I did... then noticed that I had to wait. He didnt say I had to wait or even how long... so I sat down because I was still indecisive about the color and I didnt mind the wait as long as it didnt reach an hour. I waited over 30 minutes. When it was time for my mani there was no apology for the wait. The guy tht did my nails was ok.. I chose 2 colors to alternate on my nails... I changed my mind after the gel was already baked on... and yes I know it is extremely inconvenient for the tech but hey thats the way it goes sometimes... and since I am a long time customer I thought it would have gone a little better. Told the tech about the color change and he sucked his teeth and spoke loudly to Tina in a diff language... it was obvious it was about me because Tina looked at me and explained what the tech already told me making us the center of attention in the whole place. I found ths to be very rude and im contemplating not going back... but trying to find a new nail place that I like is a pain. This isnt the first time this happened... one time I told the nail tech that the color wasnt working or how I wanted it and after he spoke loudly in a diff language 3 other nail techs came over to gaze at my nails... yeah... I think Im done with this place and will start hunting for a new nail salon... ugh. The only nail tech I strongly dislike is the older guy... he has a discolored nail on his left thumb... he does manis way too fast and he doesnt trim the cuticles good. There is another one that doesnt speak good english AT ALL and it can be very frustrating telling him what you want but his work is ok... just the language barrier is quite annoying. read more

I've been to this nail spa before and they've done well applying gel polish to my natural toes and fingers. When it comes down to acrylic, this is not the place to go! I asked for a simple French tip set. I was told that they would put pink on the nail before the white top to which I initially declined. They kept on pushing and I finally gave in as I was informed that many women get the service and it looks good. I trusted their professional opinion instead of trusting my gut. This looks horrible on me! Not to mention, my middle finger of each hand looks very different. Also, there is too much pink and not enough white tip on several fingers. I am extremely disappointed. I am contemplating not returning to this nail spa. Now I see why there's never a crowd and I'm able to walk-in every time I come. Please consider this post before spending your hard-earned coins at this business during the current economic state of the country. read more

I've tried them twice. Once for a pedicure. Polish was smudged. They don't have a drying station inside. Tried a second time with a gel manicure. They drilled off my dip powder instead off soaking it off, leaving my natural nails paper thin. So of course, my nail cracked within 30 minutes of walking out. When I went back to have them fix it, the owner put super glue and said don't put weight on it. Mind you, all I did was put my seat belt on. Not anything strenuous, but I digress. Not going to bother with a third try. Wasted enough time and $$$ there. read more

I went here because the reviews seemed good but honestly don't waste your money. I got a full medium set acrylics for a little over $100 and ALL the decals I paid for lifted. I only got one color.I literally got them done yesterday. The clear gel on top is flaking off completely. Such a waste of money. No attention to detail at all. read more

It's now 1:30pm and I got no call or text but multiple people walked in and were sat as soon as they got in there. Not good customer service.
