I called the office to get clarity and directions. 1. Receptionist laughed at me because I did not know how to get to their office. I explained my location, Office Manager (Sequoia) told me she knew exactly where I was and told me to turn left out of the parking lot. 3. Looking at the Right Turn Only sign, I explained I could not turn left. 4. She responded with "Ma'am, if you can't follow simple directions, then you are not a fit for this office" laughed at me and said "Be blessed". On 1/17 called the WPB office and asked to leave a message with the doctor who I could not see yesterday. 1. Spoke to receptionist (Tanika?). Gave my name and asked to leave a voicemail message about why I missed my appointment yesterday. She asked for my DOB. I asked why she needed it for a voicemail? She said I had to make an appointment, she could not just let me send a voicemail to the doctor. 2. She said she was there for the conversation yesterday and she could make me an appointment instead. THEN she said, she cannot make me an appointment. Their system says not to make appointments for me. I was so looking forward to this appointment and had been wearing a health monitor for a month. I was to get the results on 1/16. I called because I couldn't find the office. I have been blocked from reaching out to the doctor to get any further information/instructions, etc. by two petty, incredibly immature, and unprofessional front office staff.

On my first call Dr. George explained the vast benefits I could expect using his service. Despite the ridiculously high cost ($1,800) up front for his annual fee I chose to move forward. He claimed it would take 6-10 months before I would start to see the results. That's 10-months of paying $1,500 per month in addition to the original $1,800. Needless to say after 6-months I did not see nor feel any positive benefits from his prescribed plan. Continued on his plan through month-10 as suggested, NOTHING! Not a single call to check in on my progress after he got his final payment and was unable to up-sell me on anything additional. It was only when my annual dues were approaching that he sent a text requesting a call. I explained there was not a chance I would renew and I had nothing positive to say about his products or service. He said he would provide a year's membership at no cost but I would have to pay for supplements and or prescriptions. Why, so I can throw away more $ on the products he peddles that produce zero positive results? Not a chance. I requested a refund in an amount less than 25% of amounts paid to him. He refused. Note: All payments for pharmacy items went directly to his account not the pharmacy. Clearly he was pocketing significant margin on all items requiring a prescription.

Eighteen months later, I am still living with the consequences of this procedure. My under-eye has never returned to its pre-treatment appearance, and I have now developed a noticeable bulge under my left eye. I have included updated photos so people can see the progression for themselves. The most disappointing part has not been the cosmetic outcome--it has been the complete lack of follow-up care. After being a loyal patient, I felt abandoned when I returned asking for help. Instead of having my concerns addressed, I was left to search for someone willing to evaluate and treat a very delicate area that most providers understandably hesitate to touch after another injector has treated it. I am now paying out of pocket for an oculoplastic surgeon consultation, and I expect this to be only the beginning of what will likely be a long and expensive process to determine whether my under-eye can even be corrected. If you are considering tear trough filler, don't just ask about the procedure. Ask what happens if you need help a year or two later. Ask whether your provider will still be there for you if the outcome isn't what you hoped. I wish I had.

This patient was seen in Jan and refused refill by July. While on the medication patient was completely symptom and pain free. One month off the meds thanks to this doctor and the patient is now on heavy IV meds and under hospital care.
