The dentist was with another patient during my appointment, and came to me for a few minutes. After all exams were done and i was waiting for Dr. Tasr to come back to me.... I had to leave because I had a newborn and a toddler at home. I was told I would receive my treatment plan within a few days. That never happened. Despite patiently waiting, I received no follow-up. After two months, I made two separate phone calls to check in. Only then did I receive an email from the dentist saying "You are a complicated case, and I wanted to take extra time to plan the treatment out for you" and that I could get a refund and my scans if I wanted. No actual treatment plan. She might be a skilled dentist, but the way she treats her patients is unacceptable. Communication, respect, and basic professionalism were completely lacking in my experience. I paid for a full exam and never received the service I was promised. As a mother balancing life with a newborn and a toddler, I don't have time to chase down healthcare providers to do their job.
