I've been here when two people have went into the tanning room, a young girl and guy, I called corporate and they had me call Katie the district manager. I had to leave a voicemail for her. I left a detailed voicemail for her and she never bothered to return my call. They've changed around the beds and one is broken so they're down to one that does not have the face tanner or mist. instead of offering an upgraded bed, which would be the diamond prism now they offer a lower bed. I don't pay for a lower bed I pay for a diamond bed that works. I asked one of the workers about it and she said none of our beds mist. Really?? She said I've worked two years and none of them have ever misted. I told her I've been a member here for 5 to 6 years and yes, you just have to hit run the program and it mists. So their workers don't even know how to use their beds or what they do. Needless to say, I've canceled my membership here because I can go to planet fitness, use the same beds they're downgrading me to here, work out and use their massage beds for a quarter of the price I pay here!!!! Avoid the Colerain location because they're awful!!!

I have tried numerous over-the-counter sunless tanners as well as used salon spray tan machines and NOTHING looks as natural (as if it was really from the sun) as Nice-tan. Paying the small price premium is definitely worth not having to worry about an uneven, orange, greasy tan! I called the first phone number of the employees/owners list. She said the other employee/owner is doing the spray tan to try to call her. At the same time another business owner in the same office building was leaving so I was finally able to get inside. I go to the floor Luster Tan is on and find their door is locked/all the lights are out. I was very confused. I try call the other employee, who was going to perform the tan, and it went straight to voicemail. I know I had my appointment time and location correct based on confirmation email I received the day before my appointment. See picture. It's very annoying I booked this appointment a month in advance and received two confirmation emails then no one there. And no one tried to reach out to me, even after I called. Maybe you actually do good work but I will never know. I know I will not "try" to use this company again.

Had a couples massage booked ,with the owner non the less, for my birthday. At the time she stated…read moreif we could come in at noon she could fit us in as a couples massage. We agreed. Few days prior my wife and I get conflicting times on the massage. Since they are closed on Monday we had to wait until Tuesday morning, the day of the massage, to call. I was told yes, I am at noon, my wife is at 2:00. I ask how can that be because it's a couples massage and the owner was very specific that if scheduled for noon they could get us in. After a brief hold we were told they could get us in at 2. Being that it was birthday my wife had additional plans AFTER the massage, so that was out. This is not the first time we have had to call and bring THEIR screw up to their attention. Then,I get a message saying they marked me as a no show!!!!! A no show after I called to ask about a scheduling error on THIER part?!?! Then I find out stuff like this has happened with our second child that goes there for haircare. Also my wife took our two youngest daughters there for spa day, but there were similar issues with that too.So, they have now lost a FAMILY of customers that had been going there for years and continued to overlook THIER scheduling screw ups.
