She even changed the polish on my daughters feet, kept her entertained with Netflix movies, and catered to her as well. This woman worked nonstop from the time I entered be it with me, my daughter, or others who came in to tan. The fact that she knew everyone's name who entered gave more insight as to how personable she is. I truly enjoyed my first experience and hate that I hadn't found her earlier. During Covid my current salon made some changes in which I assumed was more due to Covid and assumed they were temporary. However afterwards, the attitudes and atmosphere was just not the same. Prices went up, random closings for days( even with packages that expire within 30 days) and diety beds. I tolerated this because I was so use to this place. But when you come out of a bed and tell the manager that the tops of the beds are always filthy and you are getting tired of apparently being the only one to clean them...I pay the same as everyone else but the amount of cleaning I had to do prior to my session was ridiculous. I brought this to her attention. I did so in an appropriate manner. She said nothing. Literally just looked at me. I left. Never went back. A year later i still wanted to tan. I went to Savage Tan with a bit of skepticism I admit. Been kicking myself ever since. I love it. Wished I had done this years ago. So pampering, nice, clean, knowledgeable...absolutely love it. I appreciate everything they put into producing this environment. In my opinion the packages are low to average cost which was another surprise to me. I have absolutely no criticism or ideas on what they could improve. Just wished inwould have made the switch over to them so much earlier. My new favorite place in Salisbury. On March 4th at around 3:00pm, my daughter left her gold coin necklace (her grandfather's before he…read moredied) in the stand up tanning bed. When she contacted the staff shortly after her visit, they were very short, extremely unhelpful and said they had no idea who tanned after her, tanned that day nor who cleaned the bed after she left but would look around. When we called back again, they said the checked the cameras and never even saw my daughter come in or out (however when I spoke to the regional manager, the story changed) and nothing nor no one found anything. The police are now involved and I will continue to explore ever avenue in hopes to find it. Although my daughter should have been more responsible, I was told by the regional manager people leave things quite often (rings, wedding bands, etc) but they never saw her necklace (there is No way one could miss it... see photo) It is very unsettling how the manager and staff handled the situation and their lack of compassion towards what was stolen is so disheartening. I have a membership at PBT in Ohio and every time I go in, the staff always ask me if they found it.
