I have very fair and sensitive skin so that was perfect. As far as the salon, Nice tanning salon pretty spacious, good and clean beds. Reminds me a lot of beach bum in NY. The pricing is fair, and they have a variety of tanning lotions. What really sold me was the customer service. Christine was an absolute doll, friendly and very knowledgeable. She gave me a tour of the salon and she taught me a lot of things about indoor tanning I didn't know about. Which was very impressive.

Inadequate training and uneducated staff. I waited 15 mins for her to put the spray machine together after they had already been open for 30 minutes then asked for medium Catalina with double legs and PH balance and she couldn't do it I waited another 5-10 minutes for her to tell me she didn't know how to use my ledger balance for my tanning service. She also had to look up the codes on the desk to figure out how to operate the beds. After said and done I never got to tan that day and she had the nerve to ask me if she could help the person that came in at least 5 minutes after me. Rude and uncalled for will never go back and now I never got to use my membership and I'm having a hard time getting my money back for a service I was never able to receive. DONT GO HERE!!!
