Instead, I was left to handle my own paperwork without guidance, which completely defeats the purpose of hiring legal representation. When I requested a refund due to their complete lack of service, they refused to return my money. Holding a client's funds while providing no work or progress is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their business practices. In addition, the staff was extremely unprofessional. The paralegal I interacted with was consistently rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. At no point did I feel like a valued client. This experience was not only frustrating but financially damaging.
