I found this GEM over a years ago and I still love the place and service to this day! As a shopper I'd like to say that the uber unique and totally fun gift shop that is a part of this mail store is what drew me in - from games, to trinkets, trendy finds, local Coachella Valley treasures and MORE ... they've got it all - BUT HONESTLY it was meeting the owner who is practically always there giving exceptional service was the real draw. There is nothing like walking into a place of business and feeling like you're home and the people tending to you feel a bit like family. I had to find a post box because we were having so much trouble with traditional mail service from USPS. This place has been a life saver. They even have samples guys!!! Brandini Toffee!?!?! C'mon ... you are not going to find that at your local post office LOL. These guys even helped me recoup my money from another situation where a package I mailed mysteriously went missing - with their knowledge and instruction I was able to recoup my money and repurchase what I had originally sent out. I could go on and on with stories about this place, but this is where I draw the line;) Go by and check it out! It's an official authorized UPS store. Wanted to drop off an item with a QR code but the clerk said, for some reason the QR codes don't work here. Wouldn't you think they would try and fix that? I've used this place 2-3 times a month and never had an issue before. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND. No AC here and ghastly hot. I waited through several hours, in 2 stints, in 1 day, to just scan/send a 19 page document and to get 39 photos. This, as party after party pushed passed me for their transaction, with staff being unable to state they are "working with another customer, I'll be right with you" to finish my simple scan/send. The owner cut a new employee loose with no training, never looked back and it fell on me. I spent 11/2 hours in the morning and 45 minutes in afternoon, with 2 drives from home (totaling 1 hour and 20 mins traffic) bc owner suggested I pre-sent the photos from home, which I did but that saved no time on my return. They were not printed. I understand traning new employees but I felt the owner should have stepped in to complete the job in a reasonable time (or take a preorder for following day). And for this poor service, I paid nearly $100. CUTE CARD SHOP, EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND HOT ENOUGH TO SICKEN YOU INSIDE. read more

All my packages arrived in perfect condition with extra care of wrapping in plastic for the rainy south delivery. Plenty of parking in the Ralph's shopping center.... Great service! I was in town just for the week and I needed to mail a document ASAP so I stopped into the store and it had everything I needed (printed the document, envelopes, stamps, post-it notes). The owner of the store helped me with everything I needed and it was a quick and efficient process. I was in a hurry but next time, I would love to take a minute to shop there were lots of cute items that would make great gifts. This store has just a little bit of everything! read more
