We have now been in our palm harbor home for a little over a year now. The quality of the home is very good, however we had some issues with the set up process and communication. Our home was never leveled properly on the incorrectly installed footers. I purchased a home from Palm Harbor in late 2022. It was a seamless transaction, no changes in pricing or information. Lol as (and still is) absolutely fantastic and everything she told us that would happen, happened. After moving the home onto the land, there were some minor issues that they immediately fixed; one leak and cosmetic items. These are common from moving a home this large. I have had no problems with the Tulsa location and would recommend them to anyone in our area. I love our home more every day and always get tons of compliments about it! read more

We purchased a home in mid 2017. Had several carpet issues that were supposed to be fixed but they never would return calls or came to repair it. We are now doing some updates on the trim and once we unmasked that ugly sister we realized how crappily these are really put together. Recently replaced the existing lighting fixtures and on one of them the hot side of the power fell right out of the wire nut. I would not suggest buying from Palm Harbor. Fairly sure the little gig they do to show you the homes can withstand a tornado where they have a photo of a home in the midst of a tornado mess is nothing but a new home moved there just to take the picture. We special ordered a mobile home from Palm Harbor Homes in Tulsa this year in 2018 and the paint color on the skirting was not the color they described. It was a bright blue color when it was suppose to be a darker blue grey color. It did not match the darker color of our mobile at all. The sales agent told us in a text message, the color would be blue grey. She even sent us a photo of the color plate and it looked blue grey. Well, it was not blue grey and they refused to replace it. They insisted it was our fault because we did not double check the color. We live in Houston, TX, and so what we chose was based off of what the sales agent told us. It was suppose to be blue grey. Both the Vice President of Palm Harbor Homes, Matt, and the General Manager, Chris, continues to blame us for the color mismatch. They insist that they do not guarantee that any of the color plates they show us will be the actual color on the mobile. Supposedly, there is no way they can tell what the color will look like exactly. That is wrong because we spoke with the owner of the skirting company after the fact, and he said that the exact color is always displayed on their website. Palm Harbor Homes could've easily went onto their subcontractor's website and verify the color. It is not blue grey as the sales agent had described it to be. Until now, Palm Harbor Homes has refused to replace the skirting on our $90,000 custom home we had them build for us. Do not use Palm Harbor Homes for your next home. They do not stand by their word. We are very concerned how they will handle any warranty issues in the future. If they cannot even fix this problem, when a much more difficult problem arises in the future concerning warranty such as the roof or AC or electrical issues, will they be giving us the run around just like on the paint color? Our assumption is they probably will. Don't be fooled by their advertisements about warranty or product quality. There is a reason why they became bankrupt a few years ago and had to be bought out. They are spiraling back into their same old business practices. We do have a complete email chain to substantiate all claims we made in this review if anyone is interested. read more

Go somewhere else! Have had my house for almost a year and still trying to get them to fix stuff my back door leaks everytime it rains and water gets in.My floor now it has soft spots. I have called and called and sent emails with no response the last response I got was from the manager. He said if you wanted a brand new house you should have paid the extra $12,000! We gave you a good deal on a new house.... they have fixed some things but it took two to three months for them to fix it. They use sorry subcontractors to do their work and do poor work at Best. The quality they say they have in their houses from the factory I do not see. They have tried to fix the back door 3 times in an 11 month period and said that is as good as it gets.....
