She always takes the time to help and explain things without ever making me feel bad. This is by far one of the cleanest laundromats I've ever been to. The facility is always clean, and you can tell the employees work hard to keep it that way. I've been to other laundromats where I've seen bugs and poor maintenance, but that has never been the case here. Kim and the rest of the staff are always friendly, hardworking, and willing to help. Their customer service and dedication to keeping the laundromat clean make a huge difference. If you're closed - closed the store. Don't have giant sings saying open if you aren't, then get angry when a customers assume you are. He claims they close at 11:00, but they leave the store completely unattended and open up until midnight. Get it together or find a different business if you can't.
