Cheryl is excellent at her job. She's kind/superb with the customers. She needs a raise.

The people that work there are very nice; but the last couple times I went there they did not have hot water. Was not happy about that.

Great service. The staff took care of my laundry and folded everything perfectly. This will be my place to go. Highly recommended.

This place has been awesome so far. They washed my King comfortable for $16 and had it done same day!! Everywhere else wanted close to $50. I started taking my towels and aprons there for my restaurants and now I'm paying less then half the cost of Aramark. They fold everything nice and neat as well for no extra cost. COMPLETE IDIOTS Place is crap - dirty - run down - all old machines In addition the genius woman Running it with the glasses and the shit zu shirt doesn't clean the dryer lint filters .... when my load was not drying efficiently I asked her to come open it so I could clean it ... she complained " REALLY , we clean them at night " As she opened it , it as covered in lint and she still complained about being asked to clean it ITS NOT SRYING EFFICIENTLY IF IT ISNT CLEANED DUMB WOMAN ! What the hell is the point of a lint trap if you can't clean it (so stupid) Wasting energy and costing people money cause they gotta use the machine more cause they can't clean the lint traps ( it's a scam ) read more

For a laundromat, very clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is quiet. The rates are slightly better than other places I have visited in the area. Self serve, or you can pay to have the attendant launder and fold your clothes for you. Hours are convenient at 7am-9pm, 7 days a week. Single load: $2.50 Double: $2.75 Triple: $4.00 Quad: $5.00 Approximately 15-20min. wash cycle. Dryer: 5min. per $0.25 (industrial size!) -I dried a triple load and it was dry within 25min on high heat. I'll definitely use them again. Great place to wash large blankets / comforters! read more

This place is dirty, too expensive and the owner breaks federal law by not allowing service animals inside. I was told to never come back and that I wasn't welcome, when I have a trained dog who alerts me to seizures. Go anywhere but here as an establishment like this should not be patronized. I will say the employee is kind and helpful at first, however, called the cops on me when I returned to pick up my laundry even though I left my service animal in the car! AND their machine ripped my blanket to shreds. She accused me of having someone call her with threats and that never happened. I am new to the area and left - went to the pharmacy to pick up my medication and then returned. This place is horrid. read more

I come here all the time to do laundry . Prices are good , and most machines work fine . If you need change , the ladies at the counter will provide you with all the change you need . What I don't like is no hot water with machines , otherwise , good laundromat . read more

In general, going to the laundromat sucks. I don't even want to do my laundry at home. So having to pack up a bunch of loads and drag them to a laundromat ranks up there with changing the seal under the toilet in a public restroom in the NYC subway. That being said, Sunshine Laundromat is a diamond in the rough! I had just made a cross-country move and didn't have my furniture or appliances yet. But I had many days of driving clothes and other stuff that needed cleaning. I had to drive 8 miles, but thanks to Yelp, and the nice reviews, I found the drive worth it! It's a little small, only 8 commercial and about 12 standard size washers, with 2 jumbo quadruple load washers (never seen one of those before!), and an equivalent number of dryers. But it was not too busy, and I was able to do 4 large loads of laundry simultaneously in under an hour! It would take me almost 5 hours to get all that done at home! Additionally, the place is staffed by friendly, helpful attendants. And the clientele are equally so. We all didn't want to be there, but we had stuff to do, and even had a couple of laughs while loading and folding. It's clean, orderly and nicely maintained. Give it a try! You won't be disappointed. read more

This place has gone downhill in the past couple years. It's dirty. Many machines don't work, take your money, don't give it back, no attendants, in a poor neighborhood so that's why they get away with it. It's ridiculous. They should at least get a wash cloth and wash the machines. Yuk. read more

I came in one day before I went to work and put my laundry in the washer and as I am waiting I notice a dryer had shut off.it took about 30 minutes so since there are no other dryers I asked the girl at the counter,the heavy set one and she said she will not do that.i explained I was trying to get my laundry done before work and her answer?There is a laundry mat on 19,you can go there to dry.funny how she recommended another place but was so glad she did.i went there and never went back to sunshine laundry.gog better service at the one on 19. read more

This is a laundry mat I feel safe going alone to. It's in a shopping plaza and is clean. There is always an attendant on duty and there to help with giving change or loading machines. I only wish this place was a little bigger! Seemed busy when I went. read more

This place is super clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's nice to do laundry in an air conditioned place with an attendant on duty. Even the other people who were there doing laundry were so nice. I have been here at least 3 times - always a pleasant experience. Highly recommended. I almost let a nasty review on Facebook deter me, but my hubby reminded me that one review against many other positive ones, should count for something. I'm glad I decided to go in (: -( as for the one person who commented that they do not let in service animals ... My *Drema is a dalmation - and my service animal ... she helps me walk - they let us in with no questions asked* If any of you have a service animal, just make sure your animal is wearing the vest or has a badge on the collar ... and all is good )- Thank You to the girls working at Sunshine Laundromat!! Very friendly service! The machine we wanted to use was broken so the owner offered to pay the difference of the bigger machine! She's very sweet and her employees are the same! Location is great! Down the road from my apartment and the best part is they have a/c so no sweating to death! read more

It's cool inside, as in they have A\C so you don't sweat while you do your laundry. Everyone from patrons to the staff was very friendly.

Horrible!!!!!! This place and the lady who works here is disgusting!!!!! First experience I came here with my family I had told the worker that one of the machines while pulling the laundry out my blanket got caught on the seal somehow and the blanket came out black in spots and you can see the exact markings from where the washer had done this!!!! I had tried mentioning this to the worker here and she claims no way!!! It was obvious to me and other customers here there was no compensation no let me give you some quarters to wash the blanket over nothing!!! these washers are never cleaned nor maintained!!! Next experience my husband brought laundry here not sure why!!!! He pressed the 2 big washer settings to heavy/warm and the washers started and only one setting was correct!! The washer on the right is broke so now it's on perm press with heavy darks in it not washing properly!!! So once again mention this to the worker here and she is like a mu she does not even speak and of course nothing done about the situation!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! They really need to get someone to work here that can help the customers and try to correct mistakes going on!!!! read more
