My experience could not be more different from the reviewers here. Pete has been incredibly prompt and professional in addressing maintenance concerns with the property. As an older home, it does have issues from time to time, but in almost all cases they have fixed them within 24 hours of my report. They've even gone so far as to completely replace the AC (inside and out) and garage door openers with new units rather than attempt piecemeal repairs. I've also benefited from lovely new stainless steel appliances whenever an older appliance has failed (I'm hoping the refrigerator fails soon too, lol). They've never argued on repairs and have generally done the job correctly on the first visit.
