My mother was looking for plant pots for her garden. I'm so thankful that we came here because I found a beautiful tiny succulent plant and Cary, who was working here today was VERY knowledgeable about how to care for the plants there, including the succulent that we purchased, along with an air plant that we purchased. I've cared for succulents before and I still learned a lot about caring for succulents. Not to mention I learned how to properly care for my air plant. My mom purchased two plants for herself as well and she was told how to care for them by Cary. I also want to talk about the inside store here, it has so many beautiful plants to purchase and they also sell gifts to buy, such as beautiful jewelry. I also found out that they are working towards opening their cafe again here. This is such an amazing place, and to top it off they have Cary, who is an amazing person, working here. Steve gave me Anthony's (the owner's) card. Emailed and called Anthony. No response. But tried again. Got a nice response from Anthony, paid the price for a consultation. I knew that he was really busy so suggested talking to someone else about the basics. Anthony said he was it. Anthony got in touch with me the other night and suggested a meeting next morning (yesterday). Hung around all day and he didn't show up and I didn't hear from him. Got in touch with him today requesting a refund. In process I'm told but I'm really disappointed that not only did he not follow through with our appointment but didn't even offer a call or text explaining things (he's busy; I'd have understood) and after a text exchange today it's clear he doesn't want to. Really disappointing.

I looked around at the products I had a list of oils and powders I was in search for. I was disappointed in the mass production type of products that were covered in layers of dust. I had still planned to buy some of it just to show some support to the business. I had uncapped some of the unsealed products because I wanted to make sure they weren't rancid since they looked very old. the lady came out of the back room in which they were watching me on the security video and told me not to open anything, that I would release the energy. I didn't say anything but I knew enough to know mass produced cheap products had no energy put into them. I could also feel no energy from them. I quietly placed all the items I had on the counter to purchase back were I got them and exited the store. I will not go back there again, they made me feel like an unwelcome customer who had zero knowledge of what type of store I walked into.. I'll stick to buying from artisans online that I have had great results with their products. it would have been nice to have something local.....
