This sounds like a preventative, holistic approach to healthcare- only using antibiotics when necessary AND support vaccination in the best interest of YOUR child's health. This needs to be reworded. They are not holistic, but rather trying to capitalize on the "trendiness" of the appearance of being conservative with antibotics. AND the vaccination policy is not in the best interest of YOUR child or individualized but rather they apply the old CDC guidelines with no exceptions. No flexibility in timeline or selection of vaccinations. Very disappointed in how they presented themselves on their website and when you google search "holistic" pediatricians they are at the top of the search. meaning, they probably paid for the search engine optimization to pull them when searching for holistic. read more

I was looking to switch my son's pediatrician. Like many practices, his current pediatrician had a high staff turnover and felt like a patient mill. After a couple of years, I decided it was time to seek out a more personable practice. I came across Palm pediatrics,The office of Dr Ashley Bayer and Dr. Amanda Carrion. The office is decorated like a African safari!! A kid sized Jeep (that they can play in) separates two waiting areas (I'm assuming sick/non sick kids). They were very smart in doing this, my son was busy playing while I was filling out the medical paperwork we all love.The ladies are the front were very friendly and our wait wasn't very long to see Dr Carrion. Dr Carrion was very friendly and my son warmed up to her quickly . She was very through and took her time in examining him. She Even let him have a look at her instruments so he wouldn't be afraid. Overall I am so happy I made the decision to switch to this practice. We look forward to seeing Dr Carrion for many years to come ! read more

I could not recommend Dr. Bayer and her entire staff enough. After a nightmare experience with ped associates with my (first) newborn, this office was nothing but patient, accommodating, and caring ! My once premie baby with reflux, eczema and allergies is now a thriving two year old. Hard to believe anyone has had a bad experience here... Remember, just like you have the right to not vaccinate your children, Doctors have the right to not expose their patients to said children. read more

Dr Ashley Bayer only accepts patients who are vaccinated. She's also trying to suppress free speech, as my last review was flagged. She'll claim that she does this because many of her patients are immunocompromised, but this is an excuse. The reality is that she is a traditional allopathic doctor and nothing more. read more

my husband and I made sure at each visit we stated which vaccine we did not want for our child even though we knew we would sound like a broken record we didn't want any mistakes. low and behold , they gave our child 1 dose of that very vaccine! The response when we brought it up was very lackadaisical like "whoops" sorry. Its one thing to make a mistake but we made it clear at each visit to ensure there were no errors and still. we initially brought it up to who I assumed to be the assistant but it was not made known to the doctor. we had to mention it again at the second visit and the response was still underwhelming. There was no sincere remorse or apology. There has been other issues but this alone cannot be forgiven! If you want to be take. seriously DO NOT go here. read more

She takes the time to personally respond to any urgent after hours needs. I called late last night to speak to a doctor and they took the call, and were very friendly and patient. They did not make me feel like I was a bother to them even thought it was around 8pm.
