There is a review citing the same issue in October and another one from the beginning of summer stating how warm it was becoming in there and since the issue has gone on with your awareness. Offering to move items to the 2nd and 3rd floor acknowledges you have an issue on the 1st floor. But by doing so, you've spread the contaminate across the building and increased the spread of the contaminate to all other customers belongings and properties.......

There isn't a person to talk to at the facility except a virtual KIOSK person that stated, just move to a different unit and we can give you a better rate; I had a 3-bedroom house in that unit. When speaking to tenants on the grounds, they were dealing with the same issues. One gentleman had written a bed review on their website was told by management, "If you take off the review, we will reduce you rate" I could not believe what I was hearing. We have since moved out. There are cleaner, newer, staffed facilities everywhere. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE
