I wanted a ballon garland for my 30th birthday weekend. I was going to do it myself, but didn't…read morewant to spend the time doing it. I found a couple places off yelp, but Enchanted Memories was very quick to respond to all my questions. The price was reasonable, which was a plus. I changed my balloon colors a few times, but they were able to accommodate the change. The day of I was able to change my time that they came, since I wasn't in La Quinta yet. I was supposed to be there at 3, but didn't get there until 8. I changed my time to 5 for the delivery and set up. I was so nervous because they arrived before I did, she took the code and went in and installed it within 20 minutes. I didn't know them, so I wanted to be there to when they installed it, since I was staying at an Airbnb. But they ended up being very trustworthy. She sent me a picture once she was done and locked the house back up. I was so relieved. I honestly wanted to see how she set it up, because balloons always terrify me, but it was perfect once I got there. I told them the area I wanted in, and knew I was going to change it up a bit, she was nice enough to let me know I definitely could move it, which I did. I would definitely use them again. I thank them for being so easy to work with and trusting when I couldn't make it to meet them.

The girl had the costume on wrong, wasn't interacting with kids and was shy. She didn't even look like a princess. She looked like a little girl. And she didn't even know how to make any balloon animals other than a dog. For the hefty price, this was a disappointment. Zero customer service. Rude employees. And if you actually look at the names on the good reviews, most of them are the same people who were assisting me. They are using their own employees to give fake reviews and boost their star rating . I already posted this on Google reviews but I am so upset I must post it here so nobody experiences what I did.
