What a frustrating experience. I don't throw parties regularly and specifically ask for some help in identifying what I might need. No one was willing to do that; they directed me the website for me to dig through and identify what I wanted. Then, when I decided unjust tables, they informed me that the order didn't meet their minimum standards and that I would have to pick up the tables myself Who has a truck at their disposal to pick up and redeliver huge cocktail tables? Oh well... As it turned out, I was able to buy much nicer linens from Amazon at last expense and I found another company that offers the same tables for two dollars less each and a reasonable delivery fee. read more

And while I may not have needed a huge number of items delivered (the party was for 50) they will for sure get my business when I need everything for a larger event. The event rental company was great to work with, we worked closely with Kathy who coordinated our individual need. She was organized, detailed, communicated efficiently with us, and even provided suggestions of things we had not thought of which was very very helpful. Great prices, no hidden expenses. Very straight forward and useful for a DIY bride needing to bring EVERYTHING in (our wedding was at an estate which had nothing). Kathy even waived the fee for our consultation on site before the wedding to help go through every last detail with us. The delivery/pickup staff were great as well and did a great job with setup. After getting city permits and with 4 days till the event Signature contacts us to let us know they don't have the inventory. Now we are inconvenienced to find another company 4 days prior. First, I was impressed with the quality of products that Signature Party Rentals provided. Sometimes chairs are a little beaten up or stained, but not at Signature - they take extra care to cover each and every chair so they a perfectly maintained. They were so patient with all our constant changes + updates to the order, and they were especially helpful when we wanted to put a backup rain plan in place. I loved how efficient SPR is with communication - Danielle or Cheryl always got back to our emails and calls in a timely manner. The delivery and pickup teams were fantastic - super efficient and helpful. Most importantly though, for my clients, SPR had a great selection of inventory at a reasonable price. read more

I don't usually do this and even more I don't like when its done to me... but i tried to clear the air with this vendor and NOTHING. I have done business with Signature Rentals in Indio for a few years. The stage that our celebrity is performing on (tonight) was installed by them yesterday, and their "contractors" that installed the stage, were also instructed to install carpet on top of the stage, however, if I didn't want the carpet, their "contractors" would have "them" aka Signature credit it back for not using the carpet on the stage. Now this AM, i am in need of more items from Signature so I call them (my rep Elena, who conveniently is not available to speak to me today), so I relay my message to another Rep, she says she will look into it and see if they can accommodate my other rental needs. Several minutes later, now my rep is available VIA email and fires off an email saying per their contract say "**As a reminder, no credits/refunds apply for equipment loaded, in trasnport or delivered, per our Company's "Cancellation Policy".** (there's a typo here so obviously this is something she just added to her email instead a regular statement cut/paste), however she can assist me on my additional items but there will no credit for the carpet given. I reach out to Elena Mendez who is now actively available to speak to me. She said the people who installed the stage do not work for Signature and are merely contractors and do not have the authority to give me credit back or mention that to me. I said "well that's unfortunate because they did say that to me and that is what I am expecting" Of course the call escalated to her supervisor Jennifer. I explained again the entire story, and she said she will have to talk with the operations manager. Minutes later she called back and said, no credit will be given and those "contractors" had no authority to say that to me, in fact "we spoke to them, and they said they didn't say that". So my issue here is, why did they have to talk to them to confirm when they aren't authorized employees in the first place. However, then the supervisor said for an additional fee we will come out and install the carpet for you (that I already paid for in advance) for an additional install fee! I take running my business very seriously, and my customers, usually right, but sometimes wrong, are always treated properly and are 99% are golden. Completely insulted by how I was treated by Jennifer, Elena and the entire "OPS" department at Signature. Future vendors of Signature Rentals, you have been warned. **(NOTE to YELP, this is my 2nd response to my experience with this vendor.
