The guy comes out with an attitude saying "looks like a perfectly good spot to me. Looks like a spot." The dad of the kid was rightfully getting really annoyed and this guy was being a complete jerk, even though he was obviously wrong and caused this little guy to be in the rain while they tried to get him to move. The mom looked like she was about to cry. I heard the guy say "What are you going to do call my boss? Go for it. Call my boss" and then laughed. I looked on the website and he appears to be the owner, which is why he didn't care. I didn't call because I figured it would fall on def ears. Before you support JKS Home Improvement, I suggest you think about the kind of person you are dealing with!!! I really would like to highlight how easy and prompt Jason and Christine were to communicate with. I requested a quote, which I had in less than 24 hours. Once I made the decision to choose them for this work, I was immediately contacted with anticipated timeframe and informed material would be delivered to my property within a week, which it was. Upon inspection of these materials, I noticed the wrong skylights had been delivered. I contacted the office and they swiftly dealt with the issue without any inconvenience to me. Just a day later, the crew arrived early in the am. With two young children at home I was a bit worried about interactions with them while they worked. All members of this crew were super kind to us all when we did interact with them. They worked very diligently to complete this job. A real standout of the entire job was the foreman, Juan. Once he realized I was curious about the goings on, he was fantastic about updating me along the way and answering any questions I had.
