He surpassed my expectations in every conceivable way, particularly with my complex scar revision case--a challenge that several other doctors had declined. My only lament is that I did not discover him sooner, which would have saved me from initial disappointments. Dr. Bautista is truly an artist in his field, possessing an extraordinary blend of technical skill and aesthetic vision that sets him apart. From the outset, Dr. Bautista and his dedicated team demonstrated an unparalleled level of attention, responsiveness, and genuine care for my well-being throughout the entire surgical process, from the initial consultation through to the post-operative recovery. Their approach was both professional and profoundly personal, making me feel valued and understood at every step of my journey. The outcome of the surgery has been nothing short of transformative, exceeding my most optimistic expectations. I am immensely pleased with the results, which have significantly improved not only my appearance but also my confidence and quality of life. Given my overwhelmingly positive experience, I wholeheartedly endorse Dr. Bautista to anyone seeking a plastic surgeon. His exceptional expertise, coupled with his and his team's compassionate care, make him an ideal choice for anyone looking to enhance their appearance. My friends and family, or indeed anyone considering plastic surgery, will hear my highest recommendation for Dr. Bautista and his practice. Dr. Harold Bautista, MD, FACS, is a prominent board-certified plastic surgeon working at Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg in Virginia. His expertise lies in Platysmaplasty (neck lift), mini-face lift, body contouring and breast enhancement procedures, which include mommy makeovers, breast augmentation, breast lifts, liposuction with VASER and SmartLipo, and abdominoplasty. Dr. Bautista graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from IONA College in New Rochelle, NY, and earned his Doctor of Medicine from New York Medical College. He is affiliated with Mary Washington Hospital and Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center .

The results exceeded my expectations -- but just as importantly, the entire experience with his office was exceptional. From start to finish, Dr. Heppe's staff, nurses, and the entire team were simply wonderful. Elective surgery is not a decision to take lightly. It's important to understand what will happen, how long recovery will take, and to set realistic expectations. Dr. Heppe's team was incredible at walking me through everything. They explained each step clearly, made me feel comfortable, and reassured me throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was how well the team works together. His staff has clearly been with him for a long time, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs -- everyone knows their role, and they function like a well-oiled machine.

I am now three months out from my surgery and I am very much pleased with the results. I did not have any postoperative complications nor any infection. I honestly can highly recommend Dr.Heppe. I had a brachioplasty done and it's the first time in 30 years that I've worn sleeveless tops and dresses. I wish I had done this earlier! Thank you to Dr Heppe and his staff. I have sent friends to him and they are pleased as well. Connie W RN

I had three osteomas removed from my forehead by Dr Niamto. He was so nice along with his team. The surgery went well and I am bump free. I'm writing this review one month post-operatively regarding Dr. Joe Niamtu's work and staff. For…read morethe record, mine was a 4.5 hour procedure under full-anesthesia and included upper and lower blepharoplasty, face lift, neck lift, chin implant, and full CO2 laser resurfacing. Not a small undertaking. Although additional enhancement procedures such as cheek implants and a lip-lift were options offered, none were pushed on me and I chose not to add either. A child of the hippie and feminist era, I never thought I would consider such a denial of my authentic self! I started my dialog with the staff in May of 2025, put money down in June, with a surgical date established in September of 2025. Though living far from Richmond, I had done my research prior to scheduling and was reassured that I had selected the right surgeon by the website, testimonials, and video tutorials of Dr. Niamtu which thoroughly prepared me for what was to happen. That being said, I had LOTS of questions before and after. Dr. Niamtu has addressed all of them with understanding and patience. If questions concerned other members of his staff, such as the anesthesiologist or the surgical nurse, he had them contact me directly. In the preoperative appointment, he and I went over the results I expected, and he clarified exactly what could and could not be done. Despite the understandable anxiety of going under the knife, he and his staff made me feel safe and every concern was attended to before and in the post-operative weeks that I was in the area. I wondered if after I left I would get the same responsiveness from them, figuring that once the car is bought and paid for, the dealer takes his money and runs, but that is hardly the case with Dr. Niamtu. My concerns during the healing process continue to be addressed. Being from out of town, I chose to stay in the Richmond area a full two weeks after the surgery. I wisely chose Susanne Singer as my caretaker. I would have stayed longer if Dr. Niamtu had indicated it was necessary, but he gave me the green light to get on the plane at the 2-week point. Surgical nurse, Breeden Browning, was excellent for her skill, but also when I talked to her woman-to-woman about how to maintain my results going forward. I am still healing, but I got just what I wanted, a younger version of me. I had had a good run as a somewhat attractive woman for many years, but at 75 could no longer enjoy what I saw in the mirror. This surgery ensures my last years will be celebrating what I see there. I look like my 55-year-old self, which wasn't bad at all! Can't thank everyone-surgeon, surgical nurses, anesthesiologist, and admin staff enough. Now I know why everyone said in advance, you won't be sorry.

After having six children, I had significant abdominal muscle separation (diastasis recti) that left me feeling defeated even after working out consistently at the gym. Dr. Kochuba repaired it beautifully, along with addressing the capsular contracture in one of my breasts. The results are truly amazing. I look like a new person. My abdomen is flat and strong again, something I thought I'd never have again! I feel confident in ways I haven't in years. From the very first consultation to the most recent post op appointment, Dr. Kochuba provided expert care. He took the time to listen to all my concerns, answered questions, and made me feel at ease. His attention to detail and surgical skill are outstanding. Recovery was great compared to most experiences I read about and I credit this to Dr. Kochuba's excellent surgical skill. He truly cares about delivering the best possible outcome, both visually and physically, and it shows in the results. The entire team at Austen-Weston was fantastic as well. Simone was wonderful (and patient, as I had many questions!) during my consultation, Katrina made sure I was comfortable and prepared the morning of surgery, and Anastasia provided caring support during my overnight stay, which I highly recommend adding on if you can. Even the Anesthesiologist did a perfect job and I wasn't even nauseas when waking up after surgery, which has happened every other time I've been put under. Every single staff member was professional, kind, and attentive. If you are considering restorative surgery, especially anything involving the abdomen or breast revision, Dr. Kochuba is the surgeon you want. He exceeded all my expectations and I am forever grateful for the transformation he gave me. Highly, highly recommend!

So, let's start with the positive: around 2001, I had a procedure here and was very happy with…read moreeverything. Recently, I went back for a second procedure, but this time after donating a kidney. The pre-op was a mess, including: - The practice contacting my transplant surgeon for clearance, even after I asked them not to. (At this point, she has no obligation to me except for routine monitoring. Plus, I haven't seen her as a patient since I donated four months ago.) - My "patient advisor" telling me, inaccurately, that they are concerned about my "liver" function. I pointed out that my liver function is just fine. - My "patient advisor" telling me that my (bad) kidney numbers "keep going up, up, up." That's simply not accurate. - The "patient advisor" telling me that they would give me Celebrex post-op. My response: "Um, no. As I told you earlier, as a kidney donor, I cannot take NSAIDs." - My "patient advisor" falsely telling me, apropos a possible discount, "As I told you earlier...." Again, that simply didn't happen. - The practice ignoring my PCP's clearance for the procedure and, instead, saying they would delay for two months. - The practice ignoring my nephrologist's verbal clearance for the procedure and, instead, saying they would delay for two months due to a minor blip in my kidney numbers. To be clear, they should have asked my nephrologist about a pre-op evaluation, not my surgeon. I'm pretty disappointed, as this was going to be my present to myself after kidney donation. To be clear: I appreciate their being careful. But when we are talking about my health, accuracy is key. And I am just not seeing it. Plus, while these inaccuracies may not be a big deal when individually considered, taken as a whole, they are deeply concerning. And I don't know how a patient can give informed consent when they are getting bad information about being given NSAIDs, etc. In fact, I don't know why you would give an NSAID to a patient post-surgery, but perhaps I'm missing something. I should also state, in fairness, that my patient advisor is very new, so that may be part of the issue. She also is not an RN, which is okay, but then she should have a high level of basic medical knowledge-like knowing that you cannot give kidney donors NSAIDs. I've asked for my deposit to be refunded and plan to go elsewhere. I'd love to recommend this practice, but I can't.
