On the yelp page they advertise $5 off in a $50 or over purchase, so I picked 3 bottles totaling $55 and went to the register. The lady said she never see this before, "luckily the owner was there" so she went to ask him. Pete came out screaming that he can't see the small letter of my phone, he asked me to read what it say and when I did he screamed even louder; "THAT'S A HACK, SOMEBODY HACK IT". I leave with no wine and I'm very doubtful I will ever comeback... PS A few weeks after I went back to buy cheap wine for sangria and the owner approached me, we talked for a minute or two about the incident and at no point he apologized or attempt to make it right. Instead he said that I was arguing for $5 which neither me or him needed. That's NOT the point after all. It's about honoring an offer and costumer services.

Call it what you want but no matter the reason, the service was horrendous, the manners were unprofessional, and the energy was impolite. It left a very sour taste in our mouths.  We were seated outside and requested menus (who even has to REQUEST menus??) and for the TV to be switched over to a specific playoff bball game. We were told to head outside and someone would be right there. It took over 10 minutes to have someone come out with menus and that was after multiple attempts at asking for service. The TV was never changed to the game we requested. We watched as multiple parties were serviced before us and as workers came out and walked right by us. The final straw was when we finally got menus (they only brought them out after we grabbed some from inside after 10-15 minutes of waiting) and they took another 10 minutes to bring out water.
