Hats off to Kyle and Travis for staying with this to get to the bottom of the issues. We have a utility with 'peak usage' pricing and now we barely use any utility power during the peak periods and stay within the (albeit strange) insurance requirements. Our insurance premium is much less than companies that allow exporting, so this works for us.
