I called Eddie in a crisis, the cement people needed a palm tree removed from my back yard same day so they can lay cement the next day. That was no problem for Eddie. I needed 4 dead and dying eucalyptus trees removed. My neighbor was having trimming done, so I spoke to the owner of P&T and he gave me a good deal. The agreed upon work was to remove the 4 eucalyptus, 1 queen palm, and to spread a large load of mulch throughout our orchard. Everything was fine until the work was done and I realized that the mulch was only spread in half the orchard, leaving the other half without refreshed mulch. This was a problem because there wasn't any more mulch left to spread to the uncovered half. One of their managers, Vladimir, (who up to this point had been responsive) said they'd bring a load of mulch to cover the section they didn't originally cover. Vladimir kept promising via text, but not delivering on his promise. This was nearly a year ago. After a few months, I reached the owner who said he'd bring a load of mulch though I'd need to spread it myself. FINE. Still hasn't provided it, unfortunately. The section that was left without mulch germinated weeds and sprouted with very painful thorns that have punctured a number of inner-tubes on our garden cart and kids' bikes. I'm slow to leave a negative review for any business because I know it impacts public perception, but this irritating lack of follow-through overshadowed the otherwise good work they did. read more

Highly NOT RECOMMENDED. My neighbor hired this company to trim a tree and not only did I come home to find out these tree trimmers had been in my yard without my permission, they also had my horse so scared she was all sweaty from running and being stressed because they were dropping the tree branches right into her stall. She has a minor cut on her face, thanks to them. When confronted, of course they said they don't speak english. What's amazing is that they speak perfectly good english if you want to hire them of course. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY, they TRESPASS and HURT ANIMALS and they DON'T CARE! read more

I left a message for Eddie on Monday to see if I could get a quote for some trees to be trimmed or cut. He called back within an hour or two. He was able to schedule me for a quote that same day. He showed up on time. He listened very carefully and understood what I wanted done. He was very kind and personable. He was able to schedule his crew to do the job on Wednesday. They did a fantastic job! The crew kept verifying that the height was correct and if not they would cut more. I subsequently asked them to cut more off and they did so without complaint. They cleaned up their mess, not only in my yard, but also in my neighbor's yard where some of the branches had fallen onto their property. Third time working with Eddie and P&T. These guys are great and very professional. I told them what I wanted, and they gave me suggestions based on my ideas. We negotiated a fair price, and they took care of me. My suggestion for anyone looking to hire these guys is to talk to the workers. They are very friendly, and are more than willing to accommodate to you, but without done dialog their idea of a tree trim may be way different than what you had in mind. I had horrible experience with them. A worker Rene, came to my house few times offering his services on credit, I have 3 big pine trees. This was in December, 2020. They didn't do a good job, but it was my fault also bc I did not check carefully all over the trees to make sure they had trimmed the way I asked, I had specifically told him to cut the branches that go into my neighbor's yard, which they did not. He was supposed to come back to fix and I would pay rest of $. He came back on a bad day, without calling ahead, and neighbors were out of town and had cars under tree, I could not. I said please come back. He came back this week, 7 months after. I honestly could not believe the audacity of him showing his face after 7 months. I only hope they never show up again. Also, they cracked my driveway which now I need to fix. I was not going to make a review, but seeing him again after 7 months was just too much. read more

Recently, I had a very tall Queen Palm removed from my back yard. Initially, I asked a neighbor for a referral and I am extremely happy that I did so. I spoke to the owner (Eddie) who first came over to inspect the tree. He provided me with a much lower estimate than I was expecting (after inquiring with another business giving me a much higher estimate), A crew of 3 from Palms and Trees arrived and quickly started work. I was nervous because the palm tree was very close to my home and also to a concrete fence wall. The men are professionals and knew exactly what they were doing. It was an amazing experience to watch them cut the palm ever so precisely and mulch the stem to saw dust. They performed an amazingly beautiful job in cleaning up afterwards.
