Lots of parking, so no prob. I've found the best way to use UPS is get an account and set of all the billing and then you can do shipping label printing at home or at the office. I work out of my house, so I don't have a regular UPS pick up, so I just print the shipping label and bring it down to the UPS store. Drop off, get a tracking receipt and off I go. If there's a line, someone usually asks and just drop offs? Yep, that's me and off I go. If you want the best price on shipping and you don't need it to get there the very next day, UPS is fine. If you want over night, gotta be there the next day, go FED EX, they're the overnight delivery people, but they're ground service is not so good. What's good about this location, is if you're hungry, there's lots of places to get all kinds of food right nearby, from Mod Pizza, to In N Out, to Chinese food at Panda Express.

I just come here to the Redding airport and off it goes as long as you realize the cutoff times for over night. Having a Fed Ex account helps out a lot with making it really simple to send packages. Prices have gone up a lot in the recent times, but what hasn't? If you need over night, there's prob an important reason for it to get there that fast, so the price really isn't an issue. Tracking numbers are given out and you track it online and even has email or text notification of the progress of the package and delivery time. The downtown location has homeless hitting up every person as they approach. The other location has a hour-long line to wait every time I've been there, no matter the hour.
