We had an emergency situation where we thought we needed to pump the septic tank; however, ended up being a clog. Josh had me send pictures and talked me through how to unclog the pipe (on his way to a wedding) and saved me about $400.00. He will be my go to guy from now on! He did not charge a dime for his expertise, while saving me a ton of money (and making my wife happy!!!). His service is honorable and hard to find. FIVE STAR recommendation. Thanks Josh!
