When they arrived, I decided to video them using their nifty lifting straps because we are considering buying them for future moves. They did an excellent job getting this piece upstairs (:39 seconds) and in place with no damage, from the car to its new place in 5 minutes, really 5 minutes. How wonderful! Then I asked how much I owed. I should have asked this first. They charged me $100. I understand that I am paying for their ability to get my furniture upstairs unharmed, equipment, their expertise, their insurance, and all the things that go into being a professional company, but at $100 for 5 minutes, they are making $1200 an hour.
