After nearly a month of trying to schedule an appointment, I was given conflicting information…read moreevery time I called. I was told they were not accepting new patients, then not accepting new patients with my insurance, then only accepting "recurring patients" with my insurance, and later that they did not accept my insurance at all, despite their phone system listing my insurance as an option. When I explained that I had previously been a patient, the operator claimed there was no record of me and was rude, dismissive, and uninterested in helping. I told her I would obtain my medical record number from their sister office in New Bern and call back. She responded in a blasé, dismissive tone. The New Bern office located my information and advised that if they could see it, then Greenville should be able to as well because they are part of the same organization. This left me questioning why the operator claimed there was no record of me. Her claim felt like an intentional lie. I repeatedly called back but could not get anyone to answer. The entire experience felt intentional, discriminatory, and gave the impression that the operator was making her own rules and acting as if it were her personal company. No patient seeking medical care should be treated this way. I would not recommend this office to anyone, and I will be sharing my experience with others. You can thank your phone operator and her "stellar" customer service skills for that, Eastern Dermatology and Pathology in Greenville, North Carolina.

From the receptionists, who guided us after we got lost, ( I know..who gets lost in Greenville LOL…read more) to the entire staff, just good, honest, and super helpful people. Dr. Proctor has removed several skin cancers from my face, ears, eyelid, and scalp. There is no way to eliminate scars, but Dr. Proctor made them MUCH less noticeable. My most recent face and scalp were scary. I imagined a huge, ugly scar. Dr. Proctor removed them both and I think they will be just fine. He is skilled. thorough, and kind surgeon. who explains exactly what he is doing and how aftercare should be done. Only surgeon I feel comfortable with his work. Can't thank him, and his staff, enough.

This is for the Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic: The…read moreproviders nice. the doctor wanted to talk with my mother and being a 20 yr old adult I think that's disrespectful. Just for her to say I do good on a medicine that I don't do good on. She slanders me. I can't trust her being in there. I think all doctors do this, and this one may be pretty good in comparison. He did say he was going to take all things into consideration. But now that I think of it he's probably even better since he declined me taking a medicine I didn't want to be on. They also don't prioritize looking at MyChart, and they don't prioritize the introduction appointments that are default on there. I Don't know if they are ever going to let me do an appointment for bone health. AND, the front desk staff, nurses, and billing workers on the phone though are not nice. Everyone nowadays is difficult, pushy, outright disrespectful, unhelpful, and rude. This place included. Edit (would've gave a lower rating): Also importantly, the nurses were telling me that they couldn't do my injection in my leg and instead have to do it on my butt. That is not true! That is more painful, and inappropriate. They aren't comforting and instead are very strange about saying to put it in your butt. Like they have no sense that women are and should be modest. Women and even men in the south are disrespectful, ghetto, and agitated for no reason. They get on edge about the slightest things. On the phone they want to rush you and cut you off and not give you all the necessary information and it's simply not alright that they are cutting you off customers have important concerns and things to say that they don't even want to hear the basic info. It's unreal. Also It probably says on the box you can do it in the leg. The fact that they don't know this even though every single time I've done it for multiple months I was able to do it there is BAD SERVICE. I could've got JUMPED by them. They don't know ANYTHING by the way. It's not hard to know where You're supposed to put an injection as a nurse. This is RIDICULOUS.

They will get you in out quick they are really good with the patients and the lobby is well cleaned…read moreand they not rude or nothing but I recommend this physicians office than anywhere else to be honest
