    Dry mashed potatoes
    Amanda K.

Dude, who hires these people? No names because I'm not in the business of getting people in trouble but my husband ordered the Chicken, gets home and has 2 mashed potatoes, 2 sides and biscuits and Zero chicken. He calls and the woman that answers never apologizes but says "oh ya we just noticed we forgot your chicken and we just threw it away. Are you coming g back to get it". Fine, I will go pick it up. Mistakes happen, whatever. I go to pickup and the guy was very nice and was expecting me and goes to get the food. I ask if I can order 2 sides of gravy because the potatoes were dry. He comes out with 2 sides of potatoes and I ask how much I owe and the woman (with whom I am not even speaking to says) "did you bring back the dry mashed potatoes?" What in the actual hell are you talking about about?!? You all forgot to give my husband his chicken! The like actual part of the meal and you're going to question my dry mashed potatoes AFTER I offered to pay for them. I'm sorry, you should probably learn how customer service works before chiming in. You f**ked up and admitted it on the phone but now it's my problem I had to come fix the mistake. All I have to say is do better. And please, I would love a respone to this for the lady on the phone if you see my post because I'd like to know where you got off being so rude (you know who you are). Attached it a photo of the dry mashed potatoes that you think don't exist. My daughter loves this place and now I'm so pissed off I don't think she'll be eating here again.

This place sucks. Cash registers are always closed for shift changes. Happened to me 3 times in the last month. Gas prices are high too.

Sorry to say I have not taken advantage of the convenience store, the car wash or even the Krispy Krunchy Chicken.

Gas was equivalent to the expensive name brands you'll find all over the rest of Temecula. I spent $50 on my gas-efficient SUV that was already at a quarter tank and didn't even hit the "full" mark! Most likely will skip coming here and look for a more economical option. The only pro to stopping here is the convenience store and location. It's right next door to the Pechanga resort and its parking structure. I'd also assume it's perfect for late night snacks! Note: Car wash services are available for customers. It's for an additional cost of course.

We were headed up to Lake Elsinore this morning and hubby wanted his Zyns…read more Although Temecula Shell is typically our gas station of choice with its close proximity to the I-15 freeway, I suggested- How about we head to Pechanga gas station? They'll most likely have the flavors you're looking for. Yes, it's a bit more outta the way... But, our brief visit here was indeed what we were looking for. Good sized/ clean parking lot. I was hoping some type of hot food (breakfast fare) would be available and YES!! Breakfast biscuit sandwiches & fried chicken (served at 11am) available. We arrived on time for breakfast sammies. *Served at 7am (although I did NOT see the tiny print on the menu board). So, when we walked into the convenience store- I walked straight towards the opposite side- where you'll find the donut display/ hot dog, taquito warmer/ chili, cheese dispenser for nachos/ slushies/ coffee pots. As I was headed towards this side of the store, I glanced over at the hot kitchen area- heard employees chatter behind the scenes, lights were on, but- didn't wanna bother walking up to their counter if nobody was front and center. So, here I am- looking at the refrigerated shelves: pre packaged deli sandwiches/ Lunchables/ salami & cheese rolls/ etc. I decided to get a pepper jack taquito and a chicken verde one. That's when I see hubby standing in front of the hot kitchen counter and he says- Oh, they open at 7!! (7:03am at this point). He looks towards the back of the kitchen and grabs the attention of the employees. So, with the taquitos in my hand from the warmer (I wasn't gonna put them back!) we placed a breakfast biscuit order. For $3- don't be fooled by the size of the sandwich. I got the sausage, egg, cheese. And a side of tater tots. The biscuit was soft, stuck to my feet and roof of my mouth- LOL with every bite. Prices for the hot food counter were a great value. Oh, hubby got 3 logs of his favorite coffee flavored Zyns for $120? / 6 gram? (I believe). When in San Diego it'd be 2 logs for that price. Clean restrooms, and ATM available.

My neurotic tendencies have my anxiety in top gear and I wanted a simple gas station where I didn't have to fight against traffic headed back eastbound. I like how it's located RIGHT along the northbound off ramp in a cul de sac on Bedford Ct. Very tiny convenient store. I didn't step in this time- worse case, 7-11 is across the street. Gas prices are what they are in California. Drove up to the pump, conducted my business, then was easily onto my travels. I like the controlled traffic light intersection at Bedford & CA- 79. From previous photos, the gas station is pretty well lit at night. Just be mindful of your surroundings, even in the daytime. Definitely stopping by again.

This location is clean bride and covered which is great to protect customers from the elements as it does rain once in a while in sunny Southern California. The pumps worked properly, which is always a plus. Be back soon. Thabks Mobil for offering reasonably priced gas for budget minded folk like me!

At first, I thought the employee was simply curious, and I was willing to explain its meaning. However, the comments and overall attitude quickly made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I even tried to end the interaction on a positive note by offering a handshake, but it was refused. The employee's behavior came across as rude, dismissive, and hostile. As a Jewish customer, I left feeling that I was treated differently because of my faith. The interaction gave me the impression of antisemitism, or at the very least a lack of respect and tolerance toward Jewish people. No customer should ever be made to feel uncomfortable because of their religion. America is built on the principle that people of all races, religions, and backgrounds deserve equal treatment and basic respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Because of the way I was treated, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business to others.
