They didn't have the correct ladders with them to do the job properly and left the final 8 feet unsupported causing gutter sagging and twisting; and now I have washouts below. I have been trying for 6 months to get them to come out to fix the problem. They never answer the phone or return calls leaving only one choice; review them so you don't run into the same problem. Like other postings here, they are not to be trusted. The owner has no conscience once he has your money. They came…read moreto me with a good price and I gave them two jobs -- building my courtyard and backyard porches -- but after they finished, the work started failing within a year and a half. Both porches leak and flood every time it rains, and for three years I kept hearing the same promises that it was under warranty and they would come back to fix it. Even the owner came and admitted it needed to be repaired, yet nothing was ever done. Whenever I asked questions, they acted like I was being rude and just ignored me. I have all the proof -- emails, texts, videos -- and still they do not care. This company gives you a good price at the beginning, but after they get your business they disappear. Enough is enough -- I do not recommend them at all.
