I have already seen a temperature reduction on my 2nd floor from what it would normally be. What more could I ask for as it's some of the best money I ever spent. The car came in brand new in black, and we had them apply a stainless steel-colored satin wrap, ceramic protection, window tint, and smoked taillights. The transformation is incredible. The satin finish makes all the high-gloss black and red elements pop in a way they didn't before. It's striking. We've already had multiple people stop and comment - including someone at a gas station who said it was going to be his next car. Now the Volvo. It's over seven years old but still in great shape with under 38K miles, and I wasn't ready to part with it. Instead, I refreshed it. The original two-tone white and black is now wrapped in a British racing green-colored wrap, and it has completely changed the car. The existing black and red accents stand out in a whole new way and paired with the rare lava-colored interior carpets, it feels like a brand-new car again. And yes, it's also getting plenty of attention on the road. The craftsmanship at Diamond is top-notch. The technicians clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in the final product. I strongly advise against using the services of a Palomeras auto detail for any cosmetic work, such as PPF or wrap. Efrain has caused significant damage to our vehicle, and as a result, we are now forced to pay $1800 to have the entire wrap removed, and we are now paying to have it redone by someone else the correct way. Not only did he promise that the work would last for 12 years, but we also paid him in cash, and he refused to give us a receipt. We have pictures of the damage he caused, including his text messages, pictures he sent us from his shop, and some that we had taken at our house and a new shop. I'm saying this in case he tries to deny responsibility, as he has done with others. Our car is a Cadillac Escalade 600 Platinum Sport, and he added emblems to it that said 600D, which he then refused to remove. He told us he would not fix it. He said he didn't think it looked terrible, and we must learn to live with it. Telling a customer to "learn to live with" his customer service blew us away, mainly because of how he talked to us. I mean something a customer is unhappy with, not to mention that he made the mistake and did not listen to us. We told him not to put that D on when we saw the emblems he ordered. This is unacceptable, especially when they have paid for the service. He spray-painted our other emblems and didn't fix them right. They're falling off the car. They broke the grill clips & in addition to this, there were many broken parts on the vehicle and many areas that were not completed. The wrap was coming up in many places, and it had fingerprints in it, and the cuts were like he was not even trying to make it look nice. He promised to return it in four days but had it for two weeks. We didn't have a problem with that. We told him to take the time he needed to have it done right, and we were very patient. When we picked it up, the issues started. When we tried to reach out to him to find a solution, once we picked it up and realized how bad it was, he refused to return our calls & text messages. He called once and hung up, so he had a record to look like he called. He thinks he's clever. He has ghosted us. Who runs a business like this? We work hard for our money and expect to receive what we were promised. I strongly advise against using this individual's services. He is a pathological liar, and he does not take pride in his work. When we picked up our vehicle, it was filthy, inside and out. He did not even clean the windshield where he had tinted it. The car was just fully detailed before dropping it off. We wanted him to work with us and find a reasonable solution, but he forced us to take further action. So, with that said, we will do everything we can to prevent anyone from being taken advantage of. Please be cautious and consider other, more professional places & options. Please do your homework and note everything he says he will do. He will not remember it and takes no pride in his work. If you're unsatisfied with the job, he may ask you to learn to live with it. We even offered to pay him to fix it, but he wouldn't do it. That should tell you something. Lastly, I want to say that we felt robbed and devastated. Don't let this happen to you. Let this be your warning. This cost us double. We should've known better the signs were there, and we gave him the benefit of the doubt. Don't make the same mistake. It will cost you. I know he will not call me back so we will have no other choice but to contact our attorney and turn it over to him and let him handle it. Efrain told us to take it to another shop and they will tell us it's as good as it can get, to the contrary he told us he has to remove it. We will do everything in our power to not only get our money back and also do our best to make sure it doesn't happen to anybody else. read more

I recently had Palomera's Auto Detailing come to my house to clean my two cars, a Tesla and a Toyota Highlander, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, everything was perfect. First off, the customer service was exceptional. They were incredibly kind and took the time to explain the entire detailing process to me, answering all my questions patiently. I hadn't cleaned my cars in over six months, so it was a very challenging job. However, they didn't just clean the exterior and interior of my cars; they went above and beyond, even cleaning the phone and other small items inside. Every nook and cranny was spotless, and both my cars looked and smelled brand new. The detailing was flawless. The pricing was very reasonable considering the high quality of the service provided. I felt I got great value for my money, and there were no hidden charges or surprises. They even offered some helpful tips on how to maintain my cars' cleanliness between visits. These guys are amazing! I was shopping around for a car detail service. My car was in a pretty bad shape, as my dog got in the mud and spread it all over the interior. I got a bunch of quotes from different services but Efrain from Palomera stood out being very reasonable without too much haggling and stood by his price even when he saw the mess he was about to get into. Long story short my car is restored to its show room condition. I will definitely call them again. Highly recommended! read more

Make sure you don't pay unless you are fully satisfied with the work Efrain Palomeras has done for your car. Also, shop around before accepting his quote. We trusted the good reviews and we got a really poor job. I don't recommend this place. When we complained that he did a very poor cleaning on our car he did not offer to fix it and he would not return money back. Go somewhere else! read more

Excellent effort. Great outcome. Efrain knew his stuff and worked diligently for 5.5 hours straight to wash, clay bar, polish, buff and wax. My 8 year old, dark blue, SUV shows nearly no swirls or "cobwebs" now. He did his best work for a very fair price. I would recommend him. read more
