I had a call with Chris in which he said he would call me back with some answers, no call back. I called again, no further contact. This is NOT a company I would want to do business with when I can't even get a call back after paying a high quote fee with simple questions on a $30K job. Shameful to do to people. My advice is call around, good companies will come out and give the same type of quote Preferred did for free, and actually give you good business manners and call you back.

Brought my GLC300 to get all four windows tinted. I arrived at 8 am (when the shop opens) and Fernando immediately got to work on my car. Throughout the process he explained to me the benefits of the type of tint he was installing (ceramic) and was super knowledgeable and cool. I prefer the ceramic version for its extra reflective properties. 50% at the driver windows (Wifey traumatized from getting pulled over for dark tint during her college heyday lol), and 15% tint everywhere else (Wifey still wants to see through tint at night) was the recommendation... sounds good to me! We had a morning appointment, and a waiting lounge is an option. We decided to get our morning walk in and brunch at Tio's Cafe which was only minutes walk away. He seemed a little off from the gecko but I hired him anyway.. Upon agreeing on a price and agreeing to move forward he begin installing my kitchen windows which are 2 windows with one main center big window. After spending nearly 2 hours on that main window, he installed the film and said its not great, has lines and stuff insides the tint. Which he mentioned he needs to take it off and redo the tint he also didn't have the tint in his van which he had to make a trip to go get it and come back next day. From there I knew this guy was not the right fit, Anyway upon installing the film the next day there were still lines and fuzzy looking from the outside. Basically not a clear film look. She said don't worry about the cloudy film that will go away on its own 3 to 5 days. A month has passed still their, and I called robert After a few voicemails he called me back three days later. I told him to situation he said let me call you back tomorrow because right now it's not a good time to talk. Keep in mind he was supposed to call me the very next morning. That morning comes by that day comes by he does not call me I text him, Robert I did not hear from you you're not replying to my text messages or phone calls. It has been one week ever since this guy doesn't care to call his customers back or fix his mistakes he just takes your money does a crappy job and he will not fix any warranty related work. Be aware stay away from this company I am going to dispute the entire transaction I would never hire this company again and stay away this God does not honor his work. And he's really creepy, What is that your property he doesn't greet you he doesn't smile he refuses to wear a face mask he refused to take his shoes off. I understand why other review say this guy will disappear not answer your phone calls or text messages.
