I used to spend about $500 a month on groceries there due to convenience, but that ended today. I will be taking my $500 a month to Winco for groceries from now on. I understand how preventing theft is important to stores, but this kid made a mistake at self checkout. nothing in either one of their actions warranted any suspicion they were stealing. shame on Walmart for hiring such a tyrant.

I knew the author and title and walked up to the register to ask where I might find it, but the two employees were engaged in conversation and didn't even acknowledge my presence for at least 3 minutes. When the red-headed female employee did finally acknowledge me, it was with an irritated smirk, as if I was disturbing them. This dismissive and disrespectful behavior was repeated several times before I decided to leave. I have over 30 years experience in business ownership and retail management and this is absolutely no way to treat prospective customers. You should never make a customer wait without being acknowledged while you engage in conversation with another employee or are looking down at the register. When you do engage with a customer, you should be welcoming, friendly and polite. I see from prior reviews that I am not the only one to have experienced this kind of behavior and don't know how they've stayed in business so long with such rude employees. There are no return visits here in my future.

He didn't bother to ask me what the problem was or suggest that we might need a replacement which could have helped him make a sale. We made some inquiries and brought in a plumber who determined the machine indeed needs to be replaced. Which we will do right away -- from a competitor down in Lewiston. And we decided to buy a matching dryer, too. Sorry, Howard Hughes, you just lost a sale because of your service rep. So much for trying to support local businesses.

They did a great job and teaching us to fly fish from their small boats that put you on the fish. They know all of the spots and go back and forth in these areas to make sure you land fish.
