I was told it would take about 1-2 hours, so I planned my day around that. After waiting the full time, I had to call them because no one contacted me, only to be told I'd need to wait another hour on top of what I was originally told. The lack of communication and misleading time estimate was frustrating and unprofessional. The bigger issues came after. Shortly after the visit, my dog developed kennel cough and was sick for nearly three weeks -- coughing, uncomfortable, and clearly miserable. She had not been around other dogs prior to this appointment. We also noticed immediate coat damage. Her fur texture changed completely -- it became rough, wiry, and dry instead of soft like it had always been. The coat was also discolored only at the tips while the roots remained normal, which points to product or heat damage during grooming. This was not a gradual genetic change; it happened right after her appointment. So in one visit we experienced: * Poor communication and inaccurate timing * A dog that became sick * Visible coat damage that will take months to grow out We trusted this place with our dog's health and deeply regret it.
