I'm really glad I had the opportunity to leave my dog, Chance, at Waggle Brothers. The facilities are clean and the staff is very friendly. They also have webcams that allow you to check in on your dog at any point of the day. On the webcams, it's apparent that the dogs are being fully supervised and are definitely having a blast. They separate the dogs by size which ensures that your dog is able to play safely. I also like the fact that they have small kiddie pools for the dogs to splash around in. Finally, I love taking my dog here because he's always so happy when gets there and the best part is he's completely exhausted at the end of the visit. Waggle brothers ensures that my pup gets adequate exercise and socialization when he comes. It's a really awesome place! read more

Great place and staff! My dog gets excited everytime we turn the corner! Owner's are sweet and staff is very loving! I read the other review where the lady says it smells but it's a dog play area, what does she expect? It smells super clean first thing in the morning but a few hours & throughout the day dogs have accidents it cannot smell like roses 24/7! It's nice to see that Everett has learned some manners overnight but saying F*ck You to a customer regardless of the circumstances pretty much sums up who he is and what his company is evidently all about. Everett is also trying to change the subject from his employee sleeping on the job at 4 in the afternoon to me complaining that my dog was fighting with another dog. Clearly if you read my review I said that I couldn't tell whether the dogs were fighting or playing and of course the employee couldn't either because he was sleeping. Somehow he didn't think it might make sense to call and apologize to me, the customer that he said F*ck You too and hung up on and instead decided it more prudent to apologize on a website to try and salvage his reputation. From what I have heard from others in the past 24 hours I am not alone in my issues with this company so I strongly suggest if you care about your pet to head elsewhere. read more

Took my dog there for a week long boarding and have to admit I'm a very overprotected and am very thorough when dealing with anything that concerns Corrigan. So they took the time to explain everything to myself and also did a interview to make sure Corrigan would fit in right and that he wasn't aggressive. I did ask a ton of questions and I got all the answers and even the owner and his wife were around a few times during the check out phase and they were about as helpful as you could imagine and then add a few extra points. Everret is also very thorough in explaining how the facility runs which is comforting and Maria even recommended changing to a grain free diet while he was there for the week rather than the brands other non grain free formula. I was able to watch him on the 24 hour live feed camera that they have set up witch is a added perk. The place was clean and "cage-less" and you can tell they are on top of things. Unfortunately there was a small incident that is not that big of a deal and the owner responded to it right away and did out me at ease. Nothing I feel is the fault of the facility or staff and DEFINITELY WILL CONTINUE TO BRING CORRIGAN BACK ONCE HE IS BETTER. read more

If you, like me, consider you pets like your four-legged babies then this is the place to go! They are a cageless dog and cat boarding and day care. You can tell that they absolutely LOVE animals. My dogs are both kind of shy and not used to be with other dogs as we don't have a dog park close enough to be able to go regularly, so the first time I took them there I was a bit concerned. I'm not anymore because I can tell that they take good care of my "babies" and everytime I pick them up they look happy and healthy. Just keep in mind that they don't need your dog's tag while he stays there for the boarding and If you forget to remove it, they may lose it...This was actually the only problem we had with them (and that they lost our food scoop). So if you ever need to go out of town for a few days or if you want to give you dog or cat some socialization time, this is definitely the place to go! And they also have pet cameras so you can check on your babies while you are away! read more

Always leave my cats here when I have to leave out of town! The staff is always extremely helpful! And I know my cats love it here! It is also great that they have a camera so you can see your cat when you are away and they aren't boarded in small boarding areas rather a large room where they can play with toys, other cats, and has plenty of cat towers and things to climb on! Would never send my cats anywhere else! Super thankful for Waggle brothers and so are Kaia and Rio (the kitty's). 10/10 read more

Over the course of almost four years, I have entrusted two whippets and a German Shepherd to Waggle Brothers every time I travel. I have only experienced caring, attentive and professional attention from their staff and owners, who are very hands-on with the business. They stay in touch with you by phone if there are any concerns (better safe than sorry) and you can log onto a pet cam to view your pets periodically if you are neurotic like me. They pay special attention to older pets and make sure they are comfortable and happy, away from more boisterous youngsters that might create stress or anxiety. I can't believe anyone would give this place a bad review. We've been taking our dog Gina to Waggle Brothers for over a year (for daycare and boarding) and she LOVES it. We just say the words "Waggle Brothers" and Gina starts running laps around our condo because she's so excited. The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful and takes wonderful care of our high energy dog. We never feel guilty when boarding her because she has a such a good time (we now feel guilty when we don't take her in). It's a bonus that you can also watch your dog on the webcams! read more

I was so grateful to have found Waggle Bros!! I didn't know where to take my very attached, anxious, shih-tzu when we were going out of town and he has separation anxiety so I was afraid he would hurt himself if I took him to a regular boarding facility. I read online that Waggle Bros. doesn't cage any of the dogs and I thought that might work for our fur baby. I took him in for his "orientation" and when I came back I was surprised to hear he had made a friend! He is reactive on a leash and completely ignored another dog we fostered for over a month so I didn't even know that was a possibility. They were running around and playing together and I could see him from the app on my phone. Needless to say we boarded him there over the weekend and he came back smelling fresh as a daisy after they gave him a bath (there is a charge, but it is minimal for people who are used to grooming fees and totally worth it). He was safe, comfortable and as relaxed as possible, which is all you can ask for. We will use Waggles every time we need to go out of town! Extra Bonus: before we went for orientation, I had a few questions and I wanted to speak with someone, so I left a message on the number listed online. Waggle Bros is the only boarding facility in Miami I will use. My dogs have always had a good experience here. I know from how they act and because I can go on their website and watch them online. The staff are friendly and do a good job of keeping the place clean. I don't have a cat but if I did they would stay here too. You can look in the cat room from the lobby and watch them play in a room that looks like it was designed by a cat, I have fun just watching them. read more

It brings me happiness to see him get so excited to spend the day with his buddies at WB I adopted Gus not knowing anything about him, but the first thing I did realize; he had a lot of energy and needed to play, so I started taking him to WB. He has become an easier dog for me to handle since I began taking him here. He had so much energy before he was keeping me up at night with his energy! This place is THE BEST! I take my dogs there 1-2 times a week for daycare and grooming. My dog's tails start wagging the minute I pull into the parking lot. I am not the easiest to please and have not had one complaint about this place. Just today I was checking up on my dogs on their super helpful pet cam and saw one of their employees snuggling up to and petting my dog Cash; that warmed my heart. I have referred A LOT of people to Waggle Brothers because I truly believe that they take care of every dog that walks in there as if they were their own. We've been using Waggle bros for 6+ years. Our Dox/Chi loves it there. His tail wags so fast when he realizes where he is going that we joke he is a helicopter about to take flight. The free range boarding is wonderful. I never worry that he isn't getting enough exercise because he has huge spaces to run in. I love that we can check-in on him at anytime via the pet-cams. (psst.. We'd love to see a water bowl cam.) Sometimes we drop him off for daycare so he gets socialization. Which is very important for an yard-proud, only-dog. I brought my dog Carter here for a period of 6 months last year. He would go 5 times a week. everything was going well until I was notified that my dog had been taken to the vet while at daycare because another dog ran into him with his mouth open. The result was a gash along his side that required 4 staples. I was skeptical that was the real reason but I was willing to give them another chance. A month later They called me 15 minutes after dropping him off to let me know that he had been in an altercation with another dog but that he was alright. When I picked up my dog (7 hours later) I found that he had been bitten in the butt and immediately took him to the vet. He needed two staples and was at risk of infection because it was an open wound all day because no one on staff at the time had noticed it. Here is the best part, I sent a picture of the wound to the owner, Everett. He apologized and told me to send him the vet bill ($300) so that he could reimburse me for the cost. That occurred on December 1st of 2016. I am writing this review on June 20th, 2017 because the owner has stopped responding to my communications after sending him the bill twice (He said he moved and lost it the first time i sent it). read more

Took my dog there for four days, for a second time. At the time of pick her up I asked to the front desk employee about her staying and he told me that everything was fine. Just same day at home and during the next 4 days my dog was with diarrea and dehydrated. Days after, we received a call from Waggle asking about how is she. And telling that the owner will call us to offer a credit discount, Really!! Ask they call for a situation that they never disclosure to us. Of course owner did not call, he is so rude and lack of management skills as we noticed the first there, but the employees was nice, so we decided to left our dog. Not going to happen again. Was in Miami for a business trip and brought my dog along with me. This place is good but not excellent. They do care for the dogs and make sure they are safe but I have been to better places. The play areas are large and they do take cats too. I told a few of my friends that have cats about this place and they were excited to try it out. All in all it was a good experience. We have been taking our Maltese to Waggles for years, and never a problem. On a recent visit the pet picked up a kennel cough. Yes, this can happen; but they need to implement a mandatory med record policy for dogs coming into the facility, There seems to be new employees, and a lot more dogs. Very disappointed. Did a terrible job grooming my dog. Said my dog was difficult (I take him to another groomer who calls him an "angel") and they clearly shaved him after we asked repeatedly NOT to shave him. Gave him a standard puppy cut, which made him look ridiculous. My dog took months to NOT shake at the groomer after we took him here. Lifesavers. Our dog gets very anxious during rainy season. After she caused significant damage to her health and our house, we began taking her to the kind and constant care of Waggle Bros. The two times I dealt with them were a complete dissappointment: The first time I took my cat for a bath and the poor thing was isolated for hours in his tiny craddle, alledgedly they claimed he had fleas. If that was the case, they could have called me, to pick him up, so the kitty didn't gave to be canned. BTW, did I mention, no fleas were found by the vet, the next day? The second, and last time was brief, I was dogsitting for a friend, and his puppy needed a bath, on a Friday early morning, took the pug girl, and the guy at the counter run inside, I guess he was busy, and ignoring my presence, came out a couple of more times, without saying a word, and helping what appeared to be "regular" customes all coming after me. No, still no awareness of my presence, until finally the guy spoke to me, made a big effort to come out with any excuse to blow off my business, like: do you have an appointment? we are busy now, have you been here before? can you come back in an hour?, etc. and finally the best one of all, do you have her vet records? Oh, yeah, like I carry them with me at all times, along with the doggy bags. If that were true, couldn't they put a big sign outside, so noone has to waste their time? A sign like, "Bring Vet records", as well as, "Beware, We have an attitude problem" I guess they have enough business as it is and they do not need my money. If they can have an attitude towards new customers, can't imagine how they could treat animals when unsupervised. read more

I'm lucky to live near Waggle Bros. and to feel like I'm part of their extended family. Whenever I travel I leave my two very large dogs with Waggle Bros. and the dogs are in heaven! They get play time with other similarly-sized dogs, nap time, snack time - and lots of happy attention. And, I can watch them on the pet cam to see how they are behaving. The pet cam alone is worth the price of the daily boarding just because it allows you to watch your dogs' behavior when they are not being influenced by your presence - a great thing to see and a helpful source of information about your dog's natural attitude. Prices are reasonable when compared to other boarding facilities, and the cageless day care that is included is great - lots of exercise and socialization opportunities for your dogs, or they can hang out along the sides of the open areas and relax if they want a break from playtime. Grooming services are excellent - my big dogs come home shiny clean (until they roll around in my backyard, but that is another story!). The owners are great people: professional, caring, friendly, very knowledgeable, and regularly on-site. I rarely drive by Waggle Bros. without seeing at least one of their cars. Staff member Luis is fantastic, and has a true calling to care for animals - he is compassionate, clear, and consistent in his work with dogs, a great guy! The owners also believe in giving back to the community and regularly help try to place abandoned dogs in foster and forever homes.
