When I first started my journey in finding a home, I had things already stacked against me: the housing market was hot (like a house would be sold in less than a day type hot), I had a low preapproval amount of 200k (few houses less than a 2 hour drive to work were in this price range), and weird working hours (most people were out looking at houses after they got off work, during the same time I was working). Pam was actually my fourth Realtor in under two months, and I felt I needed to explain quickly before she thought I was a lunatic: my first one had surgery before we even met in person at the first house, she referred me to realtor number two who was very nice and understanding and even commiserated with me at the loss of house that we were sure I got because we were first bid (we didn't, as one of the other two bidders offered cash), but she became very busy so she referred me to a colleague of hers, and he was very helpful and we was frustrated right along with us when the bid for another house wasn't even considered due to the type of financing I have (FHA), but his enthusiasm dwindled quickly and I didn't receive news on any properties. So, on the insistence of a friend, I got hold of Pam, explained the situation and she said, "Okay, this is what we're going to do...," we looked at four houses one morning before I went to work, found the house that is very me, and walked me through each and every step. If there was even a hint of a hiccup, she already had a plan in action and would let me know what was going on, with the assurance that the situation would be taken care of quickly. Pam and Taylor Heinrich are hands down - the best real estate team in the Dallas Plano area !! My husband and I were moving from CT to TX and the market was beyond "hot". Houses were listing on on Thursday, with showings on Friday, Saturday and by Sunday the homeowners were calling for final and best offers. We knew then that she was the agent we needed to sell my mother-in-law's house in a few months. When we had the first meeting at the house, she was prepared and had a plan. Pam was GREAT to work with. We were moving from Illinois and had some apprehensions about finding a house and working with a realtor virtually. However, Pam quickly put those fears to rest!
