After ripping a giant rectangle of earth and destroying the lawn, they determined there was a slope that was greater than they anticipated (of course this should have been caught in first two walk throughs). Management called determining they found a solution that would work and they would do some extra work to blend the field into the slope. They built a field with a cliff coming off three sides, did no additional blending work as promised, and sent a bill for the full amount. Of course it cost thousands of dollars more to make it safe for use by children. They could have communicated this very simply at the outset or created a new quote to do it properly, but the deposit was paid and they wanted to get the rest of the money despite leaving me a total hazard for the kids and a non functional product. So easy to do the right thing here, I would've proceeded with them regardless but some people just want your money and don't care to do the right thing. That's EasyGrass. Proceed at your own risk.

Unfortunately, once the project moved into the scheduling and installation phase, the experience became extremely disappointing. The quality of the installation was poor. The carpet edges were not finished properly, and the bullnose trim on the steps was installed very poorly. The workmanship did not meet basic expectations. What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability afterward. Once corporate payment had already been processed, communication completely stopped. My calls and text messages were never returned. Good contractors stand behind their work and maintain communication even after payment is received. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Go to the Hard Rock in Bayside so you can see their work first hand.
