Everything I had read about other dentists were doing, and even more. Waiting in your car, temperature and blood oxygen check, the dentists and hygenist wearing PPE, a high evacuation suction devises when aerosol droplets would be released. My teeth were scrapped clean rather than using the ultrasonic tool. I felt as secure on that point as I could. Regarding Dr. Benish, he is a highly skilled dentist who has a lovely, efficient and caring staff. He spent a great deal of time explaining what he going to do, and what will happen. He didn't rush when it took quite a long time to get my crown to fit. He is truly I caring and interested in his patients. I recommend him and his office highly.

I didn't feel appreciated as a customer, and the staff appeared hurried and uninterested. The entire encounter was uncomfortable because the equipment appeared to be antiquated and poorly maintained. Furthermore, the service was clumsy and unclear, with no genuine direction or explanations--just a "next" mentality. I had much higher expectations for the pricing. In general, it seemed like they are more concerned with getting individuals through than with offering high-quality service. Numerous other tanning salons exist that are nicer, cleaner, and really concerned about results. I will not be returning.

I was looking for a dentist because my old place - I didn't trust any of the dentists ( although) I liked my hygienist. When my mom told me that he is super gentle and does his own cleanings. I decided to make an appointment. Got one within a week as a new patient. When I went- filled out my papers and in the chair in no time! I LOVED that I was given sunglasses to shield my eyes from the light! And I loved that the dentist does his own cleanings. And I like that he hums softly while he does his work. I like that he shows you your X-rays and tells you how it is and is confident. Even though this is my 1st visit- I really felt like he knows his stuff. Everyone was very nice - the dentist, the assistant and the receptionist. I was in and out in an hour. I still have other things I need to do ... but so far so good.

He did an excellent Job I promise I know they're supposed to be painful but I don't know what he did besides the anesthetic injection but I didn't felt any major discomfort like I thought it was going to be. With out their guidance and expertise I wouldn't have felt as confident as I did on my wedding day. Not only did they help me pick out the perfect smile from the smile gallery- they also helped me finance the whole procedure so I could pay it over a year instead of all at once. The smile gallery is amazing! You can choose to restore your smile to what it used to be or get a whole new look of that is what you prefer. I wanted the smile I had before my last dentist did a horrible root canal on one of my front teeth and Dr Krosser restored my smile back to its original look!

They charge for the utensils usage. Super duper expensive!…read more One small cavity is $255 and goes up to $455 for one tooth. I went for a visit today, got x-ray and a doctor analysis of the x-ray. Spend $160 and no service was done in my mouth. I just think is way too pricy.
