Do the appt is 1:30 & I called they said we had a 9 minutes late window so we arrived at 1:42, 2 mins over the 9 min window & they wouldn't take my mother said to come back at 2:30...can't do that b/c of the sundown rule they are not able to function as well when this happens to them. So I'm very disappointed & upset. She was only having her upper lip & chin waxed. Very quick service would of taken all of maybe max 15 mins.

Needless to say, he couldn't find our appointments. He managed to squeeze us in, apparently by giving us some other woman's timeslot bc she showed up pitching a fit during our sprays. We asked where to go for the service. And instead of going behind reception to the salon rooms, we were sent back out the door to the salon, up a few flights of stairs inside an old apartment building. When we got to the piles of black garbage bags stacked in the hallway, the door to the spray room was to the right. There's a tiny, shabby waiting room, if you can call it that, and a janky storage room/janitor closet. Plus, the woman getting sprayed had left her stuff all over the one chair, open handbag and everything. The tan itself didn't really look like much, except on my face, which was really dark. But everywhere else you couldn't really notice it. So, nope. Would not recommend. PS: If this review convinces you to go here, be prepared to get totally nay-nay except for disposable paper undies.

She took the time to talk through different shapes with me -- it turns out I like the straight shape look -- and showed me how I could get there with a growth encouragement product at home. Rosana showed such incredible expertise too, drawing out the symmetrical lines I should strive for to achieve the look I wanted. I absolutely appreciated the time she took to make my appointment successful. They have good covid measures in place too right now, with a temperature check at the door, a big jug of hand sanitizer on the front desk, and masks required all around. She makes the ENTIRE process smooth and relaxing, and also coaches you throughout your service. Kim's rates are affordable and she has specials, happy hours, and offers packages. She also has beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) that you can select from. The space is VERY clean & she has different waxes she uses for specialized waxing based in texture and skin. As soon as she's done she disinfects the area and takes out the trash. The waiting area is plush and comfortable. After the appointment, and when I was about to leave, she said she would charge me an extra $15 because my hair was coarse and she did the back (which is what a Brazilian is).
