Immediate Pain & Acknowledgment: Immediately after the wax removal, I informed the esthetician, Treasure, that the areas above and between my eyebrows were extremely painful. Negligent Aftercare: I questioned whether a proper post-wax cleanser (such as rubbing alcohol) had been used. Treasure confirmed that "No" such cleanser was applied. I was only advised to use a generic ointment and Vitamin E oil. Upon returning home, the painful area above and between my eyebrows became severely red and inflamed. That charge appeared on my January statement (which I received in late January); I assumed it was for the December service. I noticed the 2nd charge on my February statement, which I didn't review right away. Everyone in my household had covid and a lot of everyday tasks slipped for a while. I called at the end of March to say "Hi, can we please take care of this" and the answer I finally got today from the location manager was, Nope, since I didn't call within 30 days of the first charge.
