Oh dear! Shabby interior and Shambolic service! I didn't actually receive the service I had booked (and unfortunately pre-paid for) due to the lack of organisation and total incompetance of the owner. So I cannot comment on the treatments I should have received, however will pass on my experiences and observations. Whilst I appreciate that it is difficult to start a new business up, leaving your teenage children in charge of the phones and the diary is never the way to sucess. Nor is double-booking customers and ripping them off. I did see the much advertised tanks of Garra Rufa fish, they were very small (both the tanks and the fish!) and at £20 for 30mins I don't think I'll bother as it would take days for those few tiny fish to have any effect!!! As the home of Yorkshire's Health and Beauty college, Yeadon is well provided for with beauticians and spas - so give this place a miss. read more

I have to completely disagree with these comments, they are very snobby and unfair. I have had a few different treatments at pampered and never been disappointed, nor have I noticed any uncleanliness! I have had the fish treatment numerous times (the water had never been green!!) I have also had the groupon facial and so have my friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed it, the massage was wonderful and the girls only left the room once for water and that was while the mask was setting which is not a problem! The room looked fine, certainly not like a brothel or building site! It was very relaxing and the door wasn't open and I didnt feel cold! I dont know if these comments previous were with the girls who work there currently or not but I find all the girls to be the most professional I have come across and very down to earth! I love the fact that it is not an intimidating salon and they dont push any sales on you. I just want to finish by saying that the comments of the owner are bang out of order about her looking untidy, she was pregnant, overworked and didnt go onto maternity leave until recently. Either you ladies dont know what it is like to be pregnant or expecting her to be miracle woman! read more

PAMPERED what a misnomer! Had to wait on step for 10 minutes in drizzle as no-one arrived until after 10 o'clock. Room was freezing and only starting to warm up when I left 50 minutes later. The only heat appeared to be a plug-in electric panel which was situated next to the receptionist's chair. There was no towel in the toilet I had to ask for one. I had gone for a fish pedicure and was asked if I'd had one before. I said I had so I was just told to get in! No-one checked my feet to see if they had any cuts or sores. As I was the only client having a fish ped. I was told to put one foot in each of the two tanks. Probably a good thing as there were about half the usual number of fish in each tank. The seat was just MDF with no cushion or padding and I had to sit on this for 40 minutes! I wish I'd taken my own magazine as no reading matter was offered I had to ask for something to look at. There was nowhere to hang my coat I was told to put it on the (only) sofa. Had there been other clients they would have had to sit on it. There was no music or attempt at conversation, even when I was having a foot-rub. The girl just looked out of the window. She told me she was a student who normally only worked on a Saturday, but the usual staff had had a bereavement so she'd had to fill in at the last minute. The only other staff was a teenage boy who made me a cup of coffee the only bit of pampering I got! I realise that the staff cannot be blamed for a bereavement and I sympathise with their loss, but judging by the other reviews of the salon, all but one reviewer is of the same opinion as myself. I also was on a kgb deal so fortunately didn't waste too much money, but I didn't take up the offer of a file & polish for £5 I couldn't get out of there fast enough! So, PAMPERED? Absolutely not! Will not be returning. read more

I agree with the other comments. I had a fish pedicure and a facial. The fish pedicure was fine but my feet were then rubbed with some cheap body butter from the supermarket not proper foot products, however I did get this on a cheaper offer so was prepare to give the benefit of the doubt. On another visit for a facial, owner /receptionist looked like she had just got out of bed in some old Pyjamas with no make up and an untidy appearance. Reception desk was untidy and disorganised. Room was untidy. There was a large queue for the fish pedicures and the fish water was green!! I was led downstairs to a horrible room which looked like they were still building it, past a kitchen piled with dirty glasses and crockery. Wood floor was unfinished and a trip hazard with an unfinished step with a rough exposed edge, decor was terrible there were piles of floorboards and junk everywhere. Some was dumped behind a curtain(yes I did look behind it) but quite a lot was on show so room was not relaxing. Cloths therapist used smelled dirty.Therapist did keep leaving the room for water pity it was not for clean cloths!! Equipment trolley and whole working area, shelves etc was untidy and did not look hygenic ie no sterliser for eyebrow tweezers. No where to hang your clothes just had to use the floor which had some sort of oil on it that was greasy and wet?? Lighting was poor, bulb on a string. I did use a groupon offer for this facial so it was not expensive however I will not return and if I had paid full price in the regionof £60 to £70 I would have been furious and would have refused to pay. I appreciate this is a new business but seriously needs to up its game as there are much better salon experiences to be had locally. read more

This is not the place to go for a relaxing massage, the interior is better suited to a brothel, with no mood lighting the only option is to have either the flourescent strip light shining in your eyes, or turning this off and having the light shine in from the hall way. From the floor finishes which just aren't finished, to the tacky leopard print curtain whcih hides god only knows what behind, this is not the fitting for a place which is supposidly dedicated to beauty or relaxation. the treatment itself was dissapointing, there was no explanation of what was being done or what products were being used. The reception area upstairs was manned by a lady and possibly son, however he was more interested on playing a game on his phone and to hear the mother son arguements for him to get off his phone was somewhat annoying and just added to total unprofessional way this establishment is being run. read more

Wish I had read these reviews before booking my treatment at this Salon, not good. I had hollywood lashes, also included in the deal which they would not do was eyelash dye, because i hadnt had a test 24 hours before, they didnt have any qualms about putting glue around my eyes without a test !! I have had these done a few times before at different Salons and they should last at least 2 weeks before they need attention, these fell out after 3 days, i went back to have them redone and these also fell out over 3 days, I have about 3 left on each eye. The place is not very nice, my treatment was done in the shop window in front of anybody in the street, because there was nobody to look after reception, i was sat in an ordinary chair not very comfortable. Just seems to lack any sort of an atmosphere, strip lighting and bare windows. Not a relaxing experience at all. read more

Probably the worst experience of beauty treatment i have had. The place was dirty ,tacky and a bit like a builders store room. Staff did not seem to be well trained if at all. There was no water in the room downstairs and i was left on a number of occasions whilst the girl went upstairs to obtain some.It was cold due to the fact that the door was left open to provide light from a lightbulb at the botton of the stairs. This was certainly not worth the money and I would strongly recommend that other people wanting this kind of service try elsewhere. read more
