The best praise I can give is that my dog loves his doggie daycare day at Pampered Paws. He has always come home happy and definitely tired out. 10/10 recommend! We recently stayed at an Airbnb in Wisconsin Dells - the Airbnb guide had suggested Pampered Paws Pet Resort as they didn't allow pups at their home. We were driving up from Chicago, we had previous reservations at a boarding facility near home, but decided to bring them along for the car ride and try out Pampered Paws. Wow - so impressed! Hard pressed to find a place even similar to the space and daycare that is offered here versus our handful of places towards the city. Our two dogs were there for 2 nights and slept the entire way home afterwards - you could tell they loved it! The report card stated exactly what we would have figured (one pup being so energetic and the other being ADDICTED to human love haha!). We will be recommending to everyone near and far if they are planning on heading towards the Dells! Looking forward to our next trip that way so Winnie & Wilson can hang with the crew again! Used this place again recently to board our Airedale while we were staying in the Dells for a few nights. We got a room with a walk out area for our dog. Asked them if we could see our dog's space before we left and they took us back to see it. Everything was clean and nice. It made us feel good about leaving him there. Would definitely recommend Pampered Paws for boarding. read more

We dropped off our beloved pup for two nights while staying at great wolf lodge. We were running really close to closing time on xmas eve but they thankfully waited for us. Staff seemed very friendly and facility is clean- we got a suite for him at $35 a night. My only suggestion would be to provide a summary of how much play time he got and interaction with other dogs. We brought our pups to Pampered Paws yesterday for grooming. We had a terrible experience at another place and then found Pampered Pets while driving around the Dells. We were pretty apprehensive after our last experience but the staff was super friendly and really listened to our concerns. They were very efficient as the pups were ready within 90 mins. The last place took 5 hours!!! And our pups were calm and looked so cute! We're definitely going back and are so happy we found good caring people to take care of our dogs! We went for a ski trip to the Dells and found this great place to take care of our beloved dog. it is clean, the staff are friendly, and the dogs get to play with each other outside 6 times a day (unless your dog is not sociable)! The lobby has a TV that rotates the views from various cameras within the place at all times. Everything looks clean and well taken care of. Our dog got special treats every night (for an extra $5), played a lot, and by all indications had a good time. We are so grateful we found Pampered Paws! read more

My daughters & I brought our dog to Pampered Paws last weekend while we frolicked at one of the Wisconsin Dells water parks. We dropped off around Friday evening and we were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the front office & the kennel areas. The dogs had their own little "rooms" with beds & blankets. The staff was friendly and it was reassuring to hear them speaking to our dog and the other dogs in "baby-talk" like we do. LOL When we picked her up at around noon on Sunday, she had been bathed as we requested and was happy as can be. We could tell that she played a lot because she slept the whole ride home. We would not hesitate to bring her back to Pampered Paws in the future. read more

Pampered Paws has given my dog Beau, a great experience! At first I was really nervous to drop him off there as it was his first time away from home. But I was reassured by the staff there who were very friendly and considerate of my feelings. When I picked him up, they showed me pictures of him playing in the pool and having an excellent time. Our Lab was boarded 2 weeks ago at Pampered Paws, where she caught a severe case of kennel cough the very next day. I called them to find out if others had the same problem, and they admitted that others reported contracting the virus as well. They said "it's going around" -- but this can be avoided by proper cleaning procedures (our vet said they should be shut down). Our dog was fully vaccinated and has never has been sick before. We are on vacation (still) and have had to deal with large emergency vet bills, staying up all night twice when our dog could barely breathe, giving medications and keeping her quarantined for 2 weeks. We are on day 10 and she is still coughing. This has put a big damper on our month-long trip to WI and I'm very disappointed that the kennel hasn't offered any sort of reimbursement - not only for boarding costs, but also for our vet expenses. I reached out and all they had were excuses. Will never board my dog here again. You'd think they would offer some refund to me rather than lose a customer! Our dogs were current on all shots and vaccinations when dropped of for some pre vacation boarding doggie day care. Three days after their 'play day' at Pampered Paws they both began violently coughing. So far have spent over $300.00 in vet care to try to get them well. When I called to share my concerns all I got was "oh..." Needless to say we cancelled our boarding reservation post haste and booked them in at our vet's facility. May be a little more expensive for boarding but hey...357.00 was a lot to spend on one play day for a couple pups. read more

Our Santo loves it here! This is his home away from home when we travel. He plays, and plays, and then sleeps for 3 days to rest up when he gets home. He always leaves with a fresh bath and groom! Excellent job everyone! read more

This is a great place for my older dog. He is a big lab but a chicken and nervous around other dogs. They put him on the small dog side so he wouldn't be so nervous. He is 13 and doesn't like to go to the kennel but he hasn't minded this one too much. That is high praise for the caring staff!!! read more

Great place! We called the day before and got our Vizsla all set up for day-care over the phone. We were going to be in the Dells for just a day and were going to have our doggie traveling with us.
