Well if that's the case why didn't you say something when they were brought in. Then denied heading anything to do with the way he was. I would not take my pets there to save my life. Cuz they don't care. I find out this is their fault. So please do not take your pets to this clinic. they are not compassionate and they do not care. They sent the cat home sick that we had to put him down ourselves. And before his surgery he was fine running playing they don't want to take responsibility for when they do something wrong. I've never reviewed a vet clinic before, but here goes…read more.. The building is small, but easy to get to. There's only about 3 exam rooms. Some of the Veterinarians are better than others. Their prices are reasonable. A checkup for my dog is $35 +vaccines, or any medication that's needed. I say that some of the veterinarians are better than others because the vet we initially saw gave us the wrong diagnosis. She did recommend other testing because she 100% positive what was wrong with our pet. When we brought our pet back for follow-up testing, after a week of coping with the much more grim and incorrect diagnosis, we saw a different vet. She was very thorough and knows her stuff. She got answer and then double checked to make sure she was giving us the right answer. Now our pet is on the way to recovering from something that we were initially told would take its life. The staff at the desk is nice. Most of the vet-techs are female, which helps if your pet is shy.

We were driving up from Chicago, we had previous reservations at a boarding facility near home, but decided to bring them along for the car ride and try out Pampered Paws. Wow - so impressed! Hard pressed to find a place even similar to the space and daycare that is offered here versus our handful of places towards the city. Our two dogs were there for 2 nights and slept the entire way home afterwards - you could tell they loved it! The report card stated exactly what we would have figured (one pup being so energetic and the other being ADDICTED to human love haha!). He didn't approve of my getting my kitty's meds from Chewy (drastically lower cost) or the local compounding pharmacy. Her initial prescription was ordered by his cooperating pharmacy on the east coast. 2 click pens were paid for (per my call to that pharmacy) but I was only given 1, yet paid for 2, later the 2nd was "given to me as a courtesy". The estimate was lowered from $610 to just under $200 for shots and weight, no exam. My little girl was howling and hissing after being manhandled. The building is deteriorating, walkway broken up with lots of debris, lots of scratches and chips in exam rooms, lots of overpriced "products" for sale, staff is harried and seemingly overwhelmed. We are moving on.

I got there right before closing and Dr. Ken was kind enough to take time out of his evening to tell me about their cat friendly practice and show me around the clinic, including the areas that they perform surgeries and teeth cleanings. Dr. Ken has now been daisy's vet for the past three years and I can't say enough about the exceptional care they have provided to her! From the friendly office staff, to getting her in for emergency appointments... they even have cat boarding and a cat gym! They also offer "cats night out" events where your cat can socialize with other cats and you can learn information on how to better care for your pet. And to top everything off, Dr. Ken is one of those veterinarians that paddle boards and home brews. Can't beat that-- I wouldn't go anywhere else!
