I made an appointment five days earlier to get my Yorkie poodle bathed and groomed. I arrived at 10…read moream and filled out the paperwork as a new customer. They said there was an orientation process and if there were issues they would call. By the afternoon I heard nothing. Then at 2 pm 4 hrs later the groomer called and asked how I wanted my dog groomed, I told her and that was that. Two more hours later I was wondering what was going on, It had been over 6 hours and they hadn't called to pick him up. Now the paperwork asked if my dog got scared of anything and I wrote thunder. However when I dropped my dog off 6 hours earlier it was sunny, now it was thundering. I called and was told my dog didn't like other dogs in the room so they were doing him last. Two more hours went by and still nothing. I drove to the business to see why it was taking so long. It had now been 8 hours and I was told they bathed him and cleaned his ears, no grooming. I told them just give me my dog back. I was charged 45 dollars for a bath and no grooming. They did towed dry my dog I guess I was lucky for that. Yikes 8 hours for a bath.

I ask if my dog is ready and OK. Was asked "the brown and white dog?" Um no she's black and white. Then me asking why is she crying and where is she, was told she is drying. Then they took her to the table to get a fast groom from what I saw. They closed the door and I hear my baby crying again. Then after about 10 min or so was given my Chichi wanting to leave. Also I noticed a clipper must've been used, when I only get an outline trim with scissors on her. Plus she has shed like crazy on me. The proof is on the picture. My jacket full of fur AFTER MY PUP WAS AT GROOMER!! Do yourself a favor do not take your baby here. Also a business shouldn't be so unprofessional and send such a message.

Renee takes the time to talk with the clients to make sure they get exactly what they would like their pet to look like prior to grooming them. Seems like only irresponsible kids work here. My dogs also got very sick after their one visit and I spent $600.00 to them better.
