It's just the blood got onto my car seats and I didn't realize that until I already drove off and was close to home. I still go back to them because they do take care of my dogs well and communication is very good.

Smokey can be very temperamental about touching his nails cut. Past experiences from past groomers were not kind or a pleasant experience for both smokey and me. For the life of it can I not understand that these documents are not being checked and rechecked to make sure everything is 100% correct. The answer I got when I called was 'im only human'. I am stressed beyond belief, I now have to rebook my flight to Germany which will add another $700 to an already expensive trip, my whole family in Germany is up in arm trying to reorganize a pick up. Normally we hit one of the other stores for Dog Food and Toys but Watson who is a six-year-old male Pembroke Welsh Corgi who is murder on Stuffed Toys and likes to see how long it takes to get the squeaker out but none of them had them. We go to Lincolnton maybe once or twice a week and my wife wanted to see if on a long shot, they had them since they are a bit out of the way. They are in a strip mall just down from Lowes on East Main St. We went in and store was virtually empty but found them immediately. Not a huge selection but they did have them. My wife bought two of three this time (and more the next visit), found someone to check her out and Watson the Corgi was very happy. One toy only lasted about six hours before it was just about totally destoyed.

We were concerned about dealing with a big box store and the quality care he would receive. From the time we arrive until we left we were amazed at our groomer, Carissa. She was kind and compassionate to our pup, whose grooming needs had been unmet for years. She was very clear on what she needed to do to give us the results we wanted. She told us what to expect if an unexpected emergency arrived. We could not have asked for better results. Honest, I almost cried with happiness at the results. He had a patch of matted hair approximately 8" X 12" and 1" thick, packed solid on his back. She never made us uncomfortable about him or his care. She was an absolute delight to work with and we would not hesitate to use her again. Ask for Carissa. She's an amazing all around groomer! Thank you Carissa! You are amazing!
