I don't care if that advertisement was from so many years ago if you don't offer it. please don't circulate your advertisement for something you don't do! when I even texted for my appt I asked is there a extra for the "pick up drop of services" I got a reply saying "know that is something we do not charge our clients for this type of service" . The day of the grooming appointment I got a call asking was I coming in for my dog's appointment so they highly must advertise their and or they are communicating through another company speak for them for something they do not do. She had had a previous scary experience at a boarding kennel so we were concerned for our dogs fear and nervousness. Five minutes after walking in we were all 3 sitting on the floor letting Harper get comfortable with Mel and her brother. They were so lovely and so warm. They genuinely care about their four legged clients. While she was being groomed Mel would check in with me with updates. When we picked Harper up she was happy and beautifully groomed. A dog never lies and she kept going to Mel and her brother for pets and wagging her booty. I was charged only $85 for a full groom! The business is very clean and the service simply can't be beat!

She looks absolutely ridiculous and this will take months to grow out. THEY WERE EXPLICITLY TOLD NOT TO CUT HER FUR! When questioned about it, they claim they don't know how that happened and didn't cut there... THE CAT DIDN'T SHAVE HERSELF! We have brought our Maine Coon to them on two occasions... The first time we noticed that they had trimmed where we had asked them not to and thought maybe there was a miscommunication... In fairness we wanted to give the business a second try and brought our cat back again and made sure there was no misunderstanding on not cutting or shaving our Maine Coon except for sanitary region... Obviously there was no misunderstanding, the groomers blatantly ignored our request, completely violated our trust, and made our cat look absolutely ridiculous! It will take months to grow out!!! I wish I would have read some other reviews before I took her there, I would have seen how they violated other owner's directions and haphazardly shaved other pets explicitly again the owner's directions and without consent! Their "affordable" pricing will be at you fur-babies expense, and you will pay for it indirectly with how they violate your consent.

The staff is very friendly and gentle with the dogs and listen when you tell them exactly what you want done. If any problems arise (too many knots, etc), they called before just changing what you'd asked for. Prices are excellent as well for the great job they do! I paid only $35 for a full shampoo, conditioner (for long haired dogs, this makes a HUGE difference!), cut, and dry. I had previously gone to two other groomers. One caused my dog to get fleas so bad, he nearly died from anemia (he was on prevention meds and our home and yard are professionally treated to make sure none of my animals get fleas!). They have since gone out of business. The other was at PetSmart. I asked them to trim him down and to leave about 2 inches of fur, and they damned near scalped him! They shaved him all the way to his skin, including his ears, face, and tail, and left scrapes all over his body!!! I had a hissy fit, refused to pay, chewed out the groomers and management, and even got corporate involved! (They were all subsequently fired! ). I now have another pomeranian who needs to be trimmed up for the summer. Will definitely, and ONLY, go back to Mimi's as soon as possible!!
