No pictures on the website of their kennels nor the play yards. Be careful though... Kennel Cough is RAMPANT here. Despite a small sign out front, no one talks about it. My dog has been sick 2 times in 2 months, and none of the staff told me that he was coughing, even though he was coughing when I picked him up. Not the place for us.

Our girl is afraid of the dryer, but they worked slowly and patiently with her to build her trust. She absolutely adores them. The cage-free environment is also perfect for her - puts her more at ease. Shannon and Jesse work very hard to develop a great relationship with the pets and the clients. I highly recommend them. They are truly heroes in our dog family! Love them!

The old laminate flooring was buckled and dirty. No one was at the front desk so I wandered in the back and said "Hello?" I heard a woman yell, "Hold on I'll be there in a minute!" When she came out she seemed annoyed. "What do you want?" she said. I told her my name and that I had an appointment. I asked her to also trim my dog's toenails. "It comes with it so you didn't need to tell me that," she said, as she took my dog in the back in a huff. Excuse me, ma'am. Sorry to put you out! They need to fix the place up or at least clean it. They also need to work on customer service. Meantime, I won't be coming back.

Outside, she has a playpen for her goats, stocked with a playground and a hammock - those goats were loving life! Clearly has a love for all fur babies. Throughout the day, she was very communicative and quelled any fears of my pup Finn missing me too much. It was reasonably priced at $50 for a 20lb cavapoo. Finn came home looking the best he's ever looked! Highly recommend, especially as she has a boarding center in the works!

I had a chance to drop off our Matlipoo, Tucker, here yesterday. Checking him in was a breeze, and Carol, who I assume owns the shop came out to take him from me. Tucker was nervous, and visibly shaking, but Carol was gentle, loving, and sweet. She took the time to hold him and calm him before taking him into the grooming area. I returned three hours later to an extremely handsome pup. My wife and I have been looking for a regular groomer for Tucker for quite some time. We've been bouncing through other local shops and larger chains, and this is the first one where I feel like the shop took care of him in the best manner. His coat is trimmed extremely well, and they seem so gentle and pleasant. Price for grooming and nails was $40. Quite reasonable. I think that this is the beginning of a long and lasting relationship between K-9 Klips and our handsome Tucker.

i did not want to give a star at all but i had to to do this review...... unless you like fleas i…read morewouldnt go with this one !!! the girl was a hour and half late i paid $220.00 for everything to be done "spa day" and all she did was shave my dog leaving random long patches all over his body and told me he wouldnt let her do anymore.....and still i was ok with it ! he is a 1yr old goldendoodle who has lived his entire life inside and never had fleas and 2 days after he was on the mobil grooming bus he was whining and scratching his self to death !!! i contacted the owner not complaining about anything just to let the little girl know she had fleas on her bus and the response i got was telling me that my dog had fleas prior and that i wouldn't let her preform all the services i paid for ( mind you i did not say a word about what didn't get done on my dog at first!) i just was wanting to let her know my dog left the bus with fleas ....... i want to post pics of my dogs butchered cut and what the owner said to me but no way i can . so i paid her $220.00 to give my dog fleas now i have to take my inside dog & cat to have flea bathing and exterminate the inside of my house ! it would take a idiot to not know their inside pet that sleeps in bed with them has fleas ! so with her responce - told me she was fully aware of the flea problem and thought i was crazy enough that she could convince me my dog had fleas prior ......
