I had taken my dog to several different groomers before I found leash. They do a fantastic job. All around great service and I love that they allow the dogs to hang out together instead of in kennels. It's such a pleasant experience from start to finish. My dog also loves going to this place there's never any anxiety going in. I give it a 10 out of 10

I've been going to leash for nearly 3 years. They are amazing and so kind. As another reviewer wrote: they are true dog people which is very hard to find. Even after moving away from AVL, I come back so the dogs can be groomed with Christine . I am very picky about their cuts & they always come out looking adorable. I can't stress enough how patient they are here (that's why it takes longer than a chop shop). I have one elderly dog and one dog who is beyond very, VERY difficult to groom. The groomers take their time to ensure the least amount of stress on the dog (and for my elderly dog to give him breaks to rest.) They always ask on length depending on the season. Can't say enough good things.

    Our wedding day

We live in Florida and had our wedding at the Biltmore in Asheville. Our dogs were in our wedding so we needed them to be groomed for the big day. Christina did such an amazing job. Our dogs have never looked better. She got us in with no problems and worked very hard. We have two golden retrievers. One is blind and the other has bad allergies. Christina was very understanding, patient, and remembered all the details to ensure they would be taken care of properly. I also loved how our dogs were able to socialize with the other dogs in the open play area while they were there instead of being stuck in a cage all day. We will definitely be back when we are in the area. Thanks again Christina!!!

Everyone was very nice. The dogs seemed happy and they did a good job on our two dogs. We made another appointment.

They chose to settle in Asheville, NC; our loss is Asheville's dog loving community's gain. Both Dana and Nicole bring their special gifts- their love of dogs, and their skills in understanding and caring for dogs- to their dog walking groups, agility training and boarding. They are excellent "pack" leaders, and work to integrate the different dog personalities during their dog walks. They have been especially good for our shy dog Farrah. With time Farrah became an eager participant in her walks with them. She even learned to play ball. Dana and Nicole's treatment of Farrah has been especially comforting to us since in the past Farrah had suffered a life threatening, 3 dog attack, when a previous caretaker became careless. We can't give them enough stars. Linda and Carlos Russo Castellanos

My father passed away suddenly and on top of experiencing crushing grief, we suddenly had to make last minute plans for someone to care for our dogs who could not fly out of town with us. We were completely stressed and began calling pet sitters. Dana and Nicole were able to watch our pups last minute, over the weekend. They were so kind and came in advance to meet my fiancé and the animals. They walked our dogs twice daily and sent us the sweetest photos during each visit via text. Some happy photos of our dogs were so welcome during this very sad time. Our dogs adored them and you can tell that Dana and Nicole truly love what they do. They will be our regular sitters in the future and we feel so grateful to have found them.

We came to Zoe after working with two other trainers and feeling very defeated. During our very first session Zoe had Bailee laying down comfortably on a leash next to another dog! It wasn't long before Bailee was able to play off leash with other dogs in Zoe's pack. After over a year of her having no dog to dog contact, this nearly brought me to tears. We have learned so much from Zoe about general dog behavior, but most importantly we've learned much more about Bailee and how we can adjust our behaviors to best meet her needs. Zoe is as good at training humans as she is at training dogs! Training can be a very long process, and it has its ups and downs. Zoe is there through it all with kindness, empathy, and support. She is so knowledgeable, very communicative, and you always feel like you are her most important client. Although we still have work to do, Bailee is now enjoying "adventures" with Zoe's dog pack & we know she is in the very best hands. I always look forward to training days with Zoe, we are so lucky to have her in our lives!

The facility itself is very clean and inviting and the staff are happy to show you around/talk to you. They really care about the dogs and are clearly there for the right reasons--I felt 100% comfortable having Lenny in their care. They also take videos and post pictures of the dogs throughout the day so you can see your dog having the time of their life (bonus: they have webcams you can watch--I haven't yet but it was cool to have that option). Lenny LOVED hanging with her new friends and we will be back soon!

I watched my dogs on the camera the entire time and saw they were locked away in a smaller separate kennel from all the other dogs in daycare. They were visibly panting and stressed watching other dogs play as they couldn't. I felt heartbroken watching that. We sent multiple emails and tried to call with no communication. We understand our dogs are rowdy sometimes & can be a little crazy, but would like to have been notified if they weren't suitable for this daycare immediately so we could have picked them up. I feel like we paid these people to stress my dogs out. I was home that day and my dogs could've stayed home with me but I wanted them to get a day of play. We paid for daycare so they could play with other dogs, and we did not receive that service we paid for. I'd avoid this place. We previously boarded here as well, and my dogs were also never to be seen on camera then and was informed they were "rotated" when we reached out to ask where they were and how they did. They came home pretty stressed with higher energy levels which was unlike them after boarding when we board elsewhere. I watched pretty closely at cameras at that time too and I do not believe they were rotated then, because I now know for a fact they were not rotated into daycare the last time we paid for daycare. This was confirmed by a staff member upon pick up. We expressed our disappointment and reached out multiple times and have received no communication. Overall, the lack of communication is what is most disturbing to me. It's fine if my dogs are not suitable for this daycare, but it's not okay to never get a call about it and have them locked away for hours and charge us for a day of daycare. Just beware to those that have higher energy breeds.
