This place is trash! Their posted hours say they close at 6pm but they're almost always closed prior to! One drop of rain and they close. They give your car a half-ass spray before you go through the automated wash. You dry and vacuum yourself. Recently it took 3 days to get bird poop off my window, and that was after I pointed it out each time! Had to go back 3 days in a row bc apparently the "unlimited" pass only entitles you to 1 wash a day. The staff is not friendly or helpful in any way. Damage to car- Paint Removed! If I could give zero stars I would. On Tuesday I ran my SUV through the Middletown location's car wash. I made a brief stop home before getting back into my car to leave again. As soon as I looked at the front of my car my eyes were drawn to the area that was missing paint. I immediately called Panache and told the employee that I would be coming back around 4:30 to speak to the manager. When I arrived the manager looked at my car and asked why I didn't immediately say something after exiting the car wash. I explained that where the paint was removed was on the down curve of the hood and not in my line of vision while seated in the car. He told me that the paint on my car is old and should be replaced (it's a 2013). I questioned him and he said this is what happens on Hondas (I have a Nissan which I pointed out to him). He pointed to the minuscule dings from rocks hitting my car from driving on the highway and said that it's common for a car wash to remove paint on little dings like that. Then he said there was no way to prove that the car wash did it. I replied that I had been running errands all day and got in and out of my car several times. There is no way that could've been there and I didn't notice. He finally agreed to take my name and number and have the owner call me Wednesday. When I didn't receive a call by 3:00 pm, I called and left a voicemail. No return call. Today (Friday) my husband called and the manager was incredibly rude to him. I am not one to leave negative reviews but my hope is this will impact their business in a way that force them to take accountability when damage is caused. read more

just used this place after they changed it to express. it was fast but they don't dry your car anymore so i had water spots all over. Having small children it does make it a lot easier, it was 5 degrees outside so its nice i didnt have to take them out in the cold just to wash off the salt. but it would be nice to have the option of getting vacuumed and wiped down on the inside. Overall I may come back if im in a hurry and my car is filthy, and more likely in really hot or cold weather. but I will probably try and go somewhere else so i can get cleaning done on the inside. The price was kind of a lot just for the outside wash and no hand dry. I could get the same results spraying it down in a self service car wash for cheaper too. I saw they had a membership thing I might take a closer look at that. If its a reasonable price for unlimited washes i will change my review and add a star read more

It's definitely a car wash. As in you drive through and there's soap. My car came out cleaner than it went in, I suppose? The guy only sprayed one side before I went through and there's NO toweling off, so the car is completely full of water spots after, unless you bring your own rags. It's a typical car wash... took my rogue there out of desperation and it was FILTHY to start, came out super clean. No new scratches noticed as of yet (bought the car certified pre owned from Nissan and already had a few scratches). Did the $10 option just to get salt off the car and under carriage. This place is ridiculous , its an automated wash where the guy sprays your car down nonchalantly with some water , spray and pray, car came out still dirty and with scratches and then the tire shine is applied at the end of the wash via the machine and only works on one side. Which by the way people have mentioned for years that its broke. Fix it already!! Really friendly staff and the vacuums are great, but the car wash is extremely rough, and beats the piss out of your car. It will get the car clean, but it will also leave a few scratches on it and possibly break some plastic. Was going weekly and ended up cracking my bumper. Didn't notice until I got home. Just paid $15 for a car wash. I assumed that there would be people vacuuming the car, wiping it down, cleaning windows, applying armor all to tires, Etc. Nope, just a drive thru car wash with no attendants. Paid extra for armor all and vacuum but I guess the armor all was sprayed on in the wash, and I had to vacuum myself! What a ripoff!!! The associates here STEAL and the business OWNER here is not customer service friendly! My mother and I were in Middletown and i thought i would stop in to get my car washed here. First off, the car wash does not get your car clean so if you want a clean car go down the street. If that isn't enough my mother and i both watched the associate TAKE MY ANTENNA OFF my car and tape the back windshield wiper and then never give the antenna back. When i called to inquire the owner assured me they don't remove antennas when in fact his associate who answers the phones there said they do. Get your stories straight, which is it? The owner then promised me pictures because he claims my car came in without an ANTENNA and that he has cameras everywhere. I said perfect send it. Weeks after speaking with the owner i never received an email with the photo. Finally the owner sends me a text of the picture, its of my car ALREADY inside his facility AFTER HIS ASSOCIATE ALREADY TOUCHED MY CAR - LOL. I cant even be assured this is my car...where is the front view camera showing me this is indeed my car entering and that it had no antenna upon arrival? He assured me he can send me a picture of my car entering the car wash. If this were my car entering why cant i see the front plate? Because if you have been here before you know this is a photo of a car already inside the wash. WHAT A JOKE! The associates steal and the business owner is a LIAR protecting thieves who work for him! I have called this place many times since July 2016. Somebody stole my credit card number from this place and this place has been allowing them to use since July 2016. The customer service is awful regarding this matter. When they finally returned my call on January 27, 2017 they only canceled the stolen membership rather then refunding all the money back onto the card. This place was better before the change to the new system. My cars were much better looking when they were done. Now that it's exterior only by a machine, spots are now visible. There were no vacuums out to use. The only thing I like is the unlimited wash. I wash my car at least 2-3 times a week. Going somewhere else I'll be spending much more. Since it's only machines, there is no tipping involved. I'm not sure if this place is going to stay in business too long. read more

Scratched the hell out of the sides of my new BMW. The first set of brushes are stiff and even though the material may be non abrasive, the rate at which they push cars through this wash doesn't give the dirt from the first vehicle time to come off thus turning it into wet sand paper when it contacts yours. Just the sound of these things contacting your car sounds like a belt sander. The water was dirty and left a film on my car which I'll have to hand wash off. Horrible and costly experience. Manager tried to school me on how I need to use good wax on a black car. Why? So it will cover up the damage done by the car wash? NEVER AGAIN! I went there as I had to make an emergency trip to Virginia with my dogs. Many people referred them saying that if anyone could get rid of the dog hair in the car, it would be them. The first time I attempted to go there, no one was there. The hours were clearly posted on the door but apparently the car wash was closed that day. I went again today as I noticed they were open. I asked what package I needed to select to ensure that the dog hair would be removed from my car. The gentleman spoke broken English and said package 5 which with tax was $29. When I got my car back, the dog hair was still in the car and the detailing of the car was terrible. All of the chrome parts of the car were not polished clean and were all streaky. The center cup holder and change holder were still dirty and there were crumbs where the shifter was. I would not recommend this car wash if you need a serious clean.
