Being relatively new to the laundromat experience, we've been to a few in the area. However, we've found our new go to place! Lots of washers and dryers, complimentary sanitizing wipes to clean your folding table, clean restroom!! The added bonus is dryers are free!! I can't say for certain but I think they use soft water because my clothes not only look cleaner but are super soft. As if that isn't enough, there's a car wash right around the back. Hubby carries the clothes in and then while the clothes are getting washed, he can get our car washed as well! And yet another added bonus, the vacuums are free as well. We've been when it's been crazy busy - but I think we found a sweet spot time when there's a lull. It looks to be relatively clean - of course there are people who leave dryer sheets all over the floor and spill detergent or softener- but, hey, it's a public place. Clothes came out clean and fresh so I guess that's all that matters. Not sure the place has any attendants. Didn't see anyone on hand in the laundromat side. Beware! This place will steal your money! I went to get my car washed here once. Every month since then I have received a charge of $29.18 on my card despite never signing up for a subscription. I've been a monthly premium member, so my car washes are already paid for in advance. On Monday, 12/15/25, I went through the Wash Co as usual, but the system failed to read my membership tag. Because of that malfunction, I was forced to pay out of pocket for a wash I had already paid for through my membership. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of assistance. There was no one available who could help, override the system, apply a credit, or even offer guidance on how the issue would be resolved. I was essentially left with no choice but to pay again and hope it gets sorted out later. When you pay monthly for a premium service, you expect the equipment to work reliably and for staff to be trained to handle common problems like tag-reader failures. Neither happened here. This experience defeats the purpose of having a membership and leaves customers feeling taken advantage of when something goes wrong. I'm posting this so management is aware and hopefully improves both system reliability and on-site customer support, because paying members should never be put in this position. read more

For four straight months they charged my bank account $50, which I had to file claims against to be reimbursed. I have never willingly spent more than $10 here for a car wash nor have I ever given them my account information. I called this location MANY times and left messages and they have never responded. I had to BLOCK the merchant from my bank account and reported them due to this scam. It is VERYYYY SUS, and the number included on the charge is a fake number. They have a Montgomery location too. I had a monthly account and went in and cancelled it in person back in early 2025. Went well, then suddenly in August they began charging me again, at twice the original rate! I sent them a chargeback, which costs them $25 each time from the CC company. Didn't get their attention. I sent another chargeback. Again in October, another charge!!! $43.24!!! On the website it says $23 for the top of the line! I suspect they had to reload a database and somehow I got entered again. I asked my bank to block them but it's not possible. So, Washco if you are listening, you will keep getting chargebacks until you quit whacking my card. Oh and the reason I left was the brushes miss my rear window every time. I told them but the did nothing about it. read more

Only (1) one person to spray driver side of car when entering. Most real car washes have (2) two people with power wands to spray the vehicle with soap and brooms to brush off the snow melt salt. The vehicle always exits with water and soap stains. I don't know why I keep coming back and hoping it will be better the next time, and it never is. read more

I have been going here for awhile when it was Sheeley's..... Bought a monthly membership thinking it will be upgraded... Yes they added the free Vacuums but that's all... Everytime I go through there now with my monthly membership I get tire wet ALL ACROSS THE SIDE OF THE TRUCK!!! (SEE PICS BELOW)! No reason why I have to rewash the truck once it gets home... I called today to tell them and he said,"tell them not to put the tire wet on it." I Pay for that.... so I asked him do I get a discount and he said no. I am very disappointed in this car wash the past year. My car is always dirty and not rinsed. $19 for a car wash I'd like the soap and dirt off the car. It did not even rinse my back window. Vacuums hardly ever work lately. Time to do some maintenance and upgrading. This is a nice facility except it is almost always overcrowded and full of inconsiderate people with huge backlogs of laundry. Today there was a family taking up four large washers at once, and they snapped at other people waiting for a turn when the cycle was done becuase they wanted to load the machines again right after. I had to stand in line for a machine for twenty minutes and I couldn't even get a cart to transfer my laundry to the dryer, I just carried arm loads across the room. I can't blame the staff, but maybe they need to put up signs reminding people to have common courtesy and share the equipment because this happens pretty often. It's starting to be a hassle to do laundry here. read more

So my previous experience with Wash Co was not a good one. However, I'm giving them a fair second chance. So far the improvements are exactly that good improvements. So like I said I am giving Wash Co a second chance. No complaints yet. But I am going to say that a cover on my car fell in the tunnel last week and the young man who attended to me was a total gentleman and provided excellent service by going through and find it in perfect clean condition. Place is new and clean; everything works! When you use the washing machines, depending on the amount of loads it holds, it puts free drier credits onto your card. This is awesome because I find it to be a lot cheaper to do laundry here because I'm only paying for the washing machines while getting complimentary dryer credits! I love this!! I like that it's a reloadable card that you can keep and the dryer credits will stay on there! I have a few left over that I never even used! The place is modern and clean with TVs and WiFi. Lots of laundry carts and folding benches. And good amount of seating as well. I have yet to use their car wash but I've heard nothing but good things about it and the price! By far the best new car wash in Middletown. It's in a great location, smack in the middle of my commute so I never have to go out of the way. Of all the competitors around, this one is the cheapest too, with the best results. I normally loathe going to automatic car washes because they, for the most part, never actually wash the entirety of the car and then I question whether the money was well spent or not. However, come winter time, I cannot wash it myself and I resort to the automatic washes, and this one makes me happy. Now, this may be because the wash is brand new, and hasn't had to go through an upgrade on machinery yet, but it is probably the most efficient. Every time I come out of this one, my car is clean all around (with the exception of behind the mirrors because thats just a tough spot to get) unlike other car washes that tend to almost always miss the back of the entire car. Carwash does a decent job at cleaning cars. Unfortunately it does a crappy job at getting the rear window area on SUVs very well especially when drying. However there is one aspect of this place that simply sucks. Every time we pull out of the wash(we have a monthly membership so we go often) there is overspray on both sides of our SUV from the tire shine. This is not spin off from the tires but actual overspray from the machine that must apply it. Our Jeep is white and shows the overspray very easily. This place does not have the level of quality as when it first opened. My car does not come out as clean. The attendants pre-spraying the car are only half paying attention to the areas that needs extra attention and never the bug encrusted windshield. And as for the self service bays, they are either all full or the vacuums are not working (or missing). And then, let's discuss the rudeness of the customers. On the rare occasion that you do find an open bay .... I really don't see why everyone patron in the area needs to deal with a blasting sound system. Not everyone appreciates the same taste in music. Recently having traveled down south, Wash Co. could learn a thing or two about the quality and superior customer service of the southern chain, The Wave Car Wash. Number one carwash in middletown im paying about $20/month for the basic carwash plan. it does get busy during the day but closer to 7ish, its not busy at all. the set up is awesome. after you are done with washing your car, you can park your car and clean out the inside of your car with a free vacuum in other places, they dont even give you room to park once you are done washing your car. you gotta get out the way so the next car doesnt crash into you. the location is very convenient. i drive by there all the time. read more

This is a review of THE CAR WASH. Loved the fact there were three lines of automated kiosks for entry, Thought the price of $6.00 for a basic wash was very fair. Thought the brushes, soaping, washing and drying was very good. Liked that there were no hand towel dryers at the end, the power blowers work well. First time I was in a rush and when I told the gentleman he denied it said it was impossible and the after having a talk with the manager he agreed and I told him not to worry about it I would fix it it's the point on how you treat customers . This time it was so bad my truck got stuck in the machine and broke my running board off and the manager grabbed my running board ran out of the wash and gave it back to me told me to get off his property before he called the cops on me ! Have had a membership from the time they opened. I go thru a few times a week and love the free vacuums. The only thing I'm not happy about is the undercarriage feature use to be included in the membership package, but now they charge an extra $3 each time if you want it included with your wash...
