I have a subscription with a good price however, what is the point of having a good price if you hardly get to use it? The first time I went there, the place was closed because somebody was away on vacation! I thought that was a great thing because everybody needs to get away and enjoy life with your family, but the fact that the whole business was shut down due to one person was my first sign that I should've gone elsewhere. I figured it was a smaller business and I wanted to support. The next week, I went back and it was open and I signed up. The next week I went back for a car wash and I pulled up and beeped my horn (as per directions) for so long over and over that I actually thought the place was closed. After waiting a total of seven minutes with the gate up, a short man came running through the wash area to help me. It was obvious to a duck, that he was working all by himself so I said nothing. The next time I went, I called myself going first thing in the morning, straight from work in Brooklyn. When I got there, the gate was open and the man came out very quickly, but told me that I had to wait a few minutes because the machinery was not working. I showed him my subscription sticker and he asked me to wait a few minutes. I was extremely tired first of all from working two tours in Brooklyn and then the drive up to my home, but I waited and after about four additional minutes, he got the machinery to work. The last time I went there it was raining in the morning, but the rain stopped before 9:30 AM., At 11:47 AM the sun was out and I went out and decided I would stop and get a car wash before I do my errands and the gate was down!! Meaning, they weren't doing car washes. I guess they considered it inclement weather that day, even though the rain stopped hours ago, and the forecast did not call for any additional rain for the whole day. As I was driving around back to the car wash area, I saw two trucks pulling out, which should've given me a hint, but I was hopeful and went to the back anyway. The gate was down I honked the horn a couple of times, and then I backed up and left. I'm canceling my subscription. I just can't play the guessing game every time I want my car washed. I need to go somewhere where I know for a fact I can get serviced. Aside from the car wash, they have an office attached to it at the front of the place. I went there to have my car inspected for the sticker on the front window and the man and younger female at the desk when you walk in the office told me it would be hours and hours of a wait. The female went on to say I would have to leave the car there if I wanted, but the man said I could wait but it would be hours. I asked them both if there was another place in the area that I could go get an inspection done. The place across the street recommended Dolson because the place I initially went to had a machine that wasn't working. In any event, that man and woman looked me in my face and told me there was no other place in the area, meanwhile.. I went right down the road on the right hand side diagonal from Rita's to a place called Middletown Auto Repair and Service and dealt with a man named Christopher or Chris He was a doll. While I know everybody is in business to make money, I don't think it's right to be so greedy and not give an honest answer when asked if there is someplace else a person can go to especially if you are too busy to service them. These guys were so much better than another place I went to in town. Attention to detail, etc. it was worth it. They worked fast but were thorough. They had shop vacs, and really cleaned the inside of the car well (I chose the $35 option, and it was worth it.) Thank you! read more

Don't waste your time. Showed up no one at car wash. Honked per instructions guy came over told me it would be 40 minutes and actually expected me to wait. Wasn't helpful at all. Went inside to Good Year tire store no help there either. If they fix cars like they wash them and like there customer service I wouldn't take my car there either. read more

I like this car wash much more than the one on 211. Although this is a smaller and they take a little longer than the normal they pay attention to detail. My car comes out much cleaner. Will continue to wash my car here if they continue the good work. read more

This a great car wash. I was very impressedwith the amount of time the workers took pre washing and then the drying and cleaning of the interior. Much better service and attention to detail than the other washes in Middletown. I am very pleased and will be using them from now on. They really did a great job just as good as if I did it myself. Don't waste your time with wash in 211 or East Main unless you don't care about your vehicles appearance afterwards. read more

Super detailed when getting the works done and they clean the inside of your car as well. Takes about 15-20 minutes but it is so worth it.

I had my interior and exterior done here, their staff was extremely friendly (i would like to note that they offered to drop me off any where near by as i had no ride) how ever be aware that they don't touch every spot in your vehicle found quite a few spots that were still dirty (non stained) ended up touching it up myself afterwards, expected better for $160. Was told it would take around 4 hours, when i came back i saw my car sitting on the lot with my doors open (airing out the chemicals) obviously it was done when i asked the clerk she said that it wasn't not done that they haven't given her the keys yet so i waited about another two hours and the guy that received my car saw me came over and told me it was done and if i wanted to take a look. i proceed to pay only to have to go back and ask for my keys, which ended up to be at the back of the shop (note clerk said my car wasn't done because they haven't returned the keys to her yet) i dropped off my car at 9am and my car finally returned to me at 3:30 pm. Bottom line... i wouldn't recommend them to a friend. read more

Most ghetto horrible car wash ever!! I pull up and it is disorganized. I pay a lady standing there $20 and she walks away and says wait here. A girl that was just hanging out on the other side walks over and tell me to pull up and she alone sprays and scrubs my car. I go through the car wash which is set to a high speed to make sure they can push cars through so your car is not getting the full proper wash, let alone the fact that your car is leaning to the right with an uneven floor. At the end I am asked to pull my car into a puddle of dirty water where they have to broken down looking shop Vacs setup to vacuum your car. They didn't clean the floor jams, they left soap on my side view mirrors and didn't polish the tires as I paid for. I was going to go back in and have them complete it properly but I figure they were hopeless so I'll just never return. I stepped into the muddy and dirty water back into my half cleaned car with my $20 lesson to never visit this run down ghetto car wash. read more
